“三級”用法巧判斷

初中英語中出現了形容詞、副詞的三種級別，在實際交談中，如何判斷用哪一“級”，對于初學者卻是一個難題，現在教給你一招，不妨一試：

1.如果句中有very， so， as（so）…as， too這些詞中的某一個出現，則用原級：

1）Theboyisveryhungry.這個男孩很饑餓。

2）Ourteacheroften comes to school so early.我們老師經常這么早來學校。

3）Fish and chips are very popular in USA .在美國魚和炸土豆非常流行。

4）He is so happy.他如此高興。

5）Lucy is as carful as Meimei.露西和梅梅一樣細心。

6）He doesnt come as early as Lin Tao.他不如林濤來得早。

7）Itt too hot today.今天天氣太熱。

2.當句中有than ， much， a little， still， even時，特別是有than的情況下，常用比較級。如：

1）I think its much nicer in a paper bag than in the open air.我想在室外比在紙袋中味道更好。

2）I like pork better than beef.與牛肉比我更喜歡豬肉。

3）Come to school a little earlier next time.下次早點到校。

4）We went there still earlier today than yesterday.今天我們比昨天去那兒更早。

3.句中有“one of the+名詞的復數形式”，或短語of（in）時，用最高級，如：

1）I like tomatoes best of all.所有（食物）中，我最喜歡西紅柿。

2）China is one of the biggest countries in the world.中國是世界上最大的國家之一。

3）KateCreenisthe youngest of the three girls.凱特格林是三個女孩中最年輕的。

4）Of all the stars the sun is the nearest to the earth.所有恒星中，太陽離地球最近。

5）———Whats the most popular food in Hong Kong today？

———Fast food.I think.當今香港最流行的食物是什么？我認為是快餐。

6）This is the nicest of all.在所有的東西中，這個最好。

7）Whats the best sports

in summer？夏季最好的運動是什么？
