一、教學內容
人教版七年級(下)Unit 7 Its raining!是一節新授課,本節課的核心話題是談論天氣并復習現在進行時,通過本課的學習,使學生掌握本節課出現的表示天氣的形容詞、詢問天氣的句式及靈活運用現在進行時態。
二、教學目標
1.知識目標
詞匯:學習天氣狀況的形容詞rainy, windy, cloudy, sunny, snowy.
句型:(1)Hows the weather?
Its sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ raining/ snowing.
(2)what are you doing?
I am doing...
2.能力目標
(1)學會用英語詢問和描述天氣情況。
(2)詢問他人在做什么。
3.情感目標
教育學生平時注意觀察天氣及周圍環境的變化,善于用英語描述周圍的事物,培養學生學習英語的興趣。
三、教學重、難點
重點:1.掌握本課有關天氣的所有新單詞。
2.能夠運用所學句型How is the weather? Its sunny/ cloudy/...what are you doing? I am doing...
難點:讓學生使用本節課學到的詞匯和語言知識,描述并談論天氣。
四、教具
多媒體課件、錄音機。
五、教學過程
Step1. warming-up
Ask the students to sing the song “Clap your hands”.
T:Are you happy today ?
Ss:Yes , we are happy.
T:Lets sing a song , OK?
Ss:OK.(Students sing “Clap your hand”.)
Step2. Lead in
T:I want to go to Shanghai by train, but I do not know about the weather of Shanghai. How do we talk about the weather? We will learn unit 7:It is raining!Today we will
learn how to talk about the weather in English.
Step3. New words
1.多媒體課件展現不同地區,不同國家天氣情況的圖像。教師逐個點擊,教授新單詞sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy/raining, snowing/snowy.
For example:(點擊天氣圖標。)
T:Whats this.
Ss:Its the sun.
T:We can say, “Its sunny today.” Read after me, sunny.
Ss:Sunny.
(用同樣的方法教授其他新單詞,教師帶讀并指名個別學生讀。)
(設計說明:利用多媒體教學使學生既形象又直觀地學習新單詞,提高學生的學習興趣。)
2.操練新單詞
多媒體呈現不同的天氣圖像,學生根據圖像快速說出英語單詞sunny,cloudy,windy,rainy/ raining,snowy/snowing .
3.搭配練習
在黑板上寫出天氣狀況的形容詞,畫出天氣變化的簡筆畫,讓學生把單詞和圖畫匹配。
(設計說明:課上利用簡筆畫激發學生的學習興趣,讓學生熟練地掌握并記憶新單詞。)

1.利用課件展現不同地區,不同國家的天氣圖像,呈現句型,引導學生回答。
T:How is the weather in Beijing?
Ss: It is sunny.
T:How is the weather in Moscow?
Ss:Its windy.

(1)班級分成幾組,相互詢問和描述天氣情況;
(2)Check the answers.
(設計說明:師生通過詢問和回答不同地區天氣情況,學生學會使用本節課的核心句型How is the weather ?It is + adj.)
2. Listening
(1)課件呈現Moscow, Toronto, Boston這幾個城市,教授單詞Moscow, Toronto, Boston。
(2)師生談論page31圖中的天氣情況。
T:How is the weather in picture b?
Ss:It is sunny.
T:How is the weather in picture e?
Ss:Its cloudy.
3. 聽錄音把1b里的城市寫在圖中的方框中。
Step5. Practice
(1)學生兩人一組談論Moscow, Toronto, Boston, Beijing, Shanghai的天氣情況。
A: Hi! How is the weather?
B: Its sunny.
選幾組學生在班上表演。
(設計說明:通過聽力練習,讓學生能夠聽懂關于天氣狀況的描述,提高學生的聽力能力。)
(2)游戲。
學生自己畫天氣情況的簡筆畫,以小組為單位,玩接龍游戲。最先完成游戲的那一組為獲勝組,教師給予表揚。
S1:Hows the weather?(學生指著自己所畫的簡筆畫問。)
S2:It is sunny. How is the weather?
S3:It is cloudy. How is the weather?
S4: ...
T:How is the weather in picture c?
Ss: Its snowing.
Step6.pairwork
This activity provides guided oral practice using the target language.
Conversation
Tom:Hey, Peter. Happy New Year!
Peter:Happy New Year, Tom!
Tom:How is the weather down there in Shanghai?
Peter:It is cloudy. How is the weather in Boston?
Tom:It is windy.
(1)point out the example conversation. Ask two students to read the dialogue to the class.
(2)Say, Now work with a partner, make your own conversations about the weather.
(3)As the pairs talk, move around the room and check on the progress.
(4)Ask some pairs of students to present their conversations to the class.

Step7. Task
教師示范預報天氣情況,讓學生模擬做天氣預報播報員。
T:Good morning! Here is the weather report for today. Its cloudy in Shanghai. Its sunny in Beijing. Its rainy in Harbin. Shenyang is...Thank you for listening.
(設計說明: 模擬天氣預報員的任務,達到預期的教學目標。)

T:Yes, We have learned how to talk about the weather. We must master the words and the drills about the weather.Such as windy, cloudy,sunny,rainy,snowy.How is the weather? What is the weather like? It is + v-ing. / It is + adj. All of us hope to have good weather every day. But bad weather has influence our life. Such as floods sandstorms and so on. So we should protect our environment. I think we should plant more trees every year. Lets be the volunteers to protect our environment.

Step9. Homework
觀看今天晚上的天氣預報,記下自己最喜歡的城市的天氣情況并完成右上的表格。

七、教學反思
本課通過歌曲、游戲、多媒體課件和活動等多種形式,充分激發了學生的學習興趣。教師的激勵性語言,幫助學生建立成就感和自信心,增強了實踐能力,展現了學生個性。同時教師對教學內容進行了較好的整合,讓課程面向學生生活,運用賞識策略培養學生合作意識和交際能力。課上為學生提供充足的自由學習和合作學習的時間,使學生在活動中互相影響,促進了語言運用的提高。
回顧整個教學實施過程,我也發現了本節課的不足之處:聽力部分有些過快,忽略了學習能力弱的同學;應該幫助和鼓勵學困生大膽發揮,使他們樂于參與到英語課堂中來,從而樹立自信,英語成績逐漸提高。
