摘 要: 對高速點陣式大字符噴碼系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,根據(jù)鋼管生產(chǎn)中噴碼機(jī)的控制要求,重點研究了直徑大小控制方法及噴印點陣字符大小連續(xù)可調(diào)的實現(xiàn)方法,噴嘴開關(guān)閥頻率響應(yīng),閥口開啟量的確定等幾個設(shè)計噴碼系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵問題,為高速點陣式噴碼系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)制造提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。試驗證明,以此設(shè)計的高速點陣式噴碼系統(tǒng),性能穩(wěn)定、速度快、精度高,很好的滿足了工業(yè)現(xiàn)場鋼管在線標(biāo)識的要求。

Research on high?speed dot?matrix ink?jet system for big characters

Abstract: High?speed dot?matrix ink?jet system is studied. According to the control requirements of ink?jet printer in steel production, the key problems are discussed in detail such as the diameter size control method and jet print dot matrix characters size method, nozzle switching valve frequency response and the confirmation valve port opening size. It provided the theoretical basis for researching and producing the high?speed dot?matrix ink?jet system. Tests show that the high?speed dot?matrix printing system could meet the requirements of steel pipe identification online in industrial site, for its stable performance, high speed and high precision.

0 引 言
在鋼管的生產(chǎn)過程中,為了便于廠家跟蹤產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以及用戶了解產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)信息,需要在每根鋼管注上相應(yīng)的標(biāo)識符。標(biāo)識符應(yīng)清楚明顯,不脫落。噴碼技術(shù)的應(yīng)用滿足了這些要求,它不僅促進(jìn)發(fā)展了生產(chǎn)、物流管理,同時增加了產(chǎn)品的附加值,對樹立品牌,提高產(chǎn)品的競爭力,都具有很重要的意義。而目前國內(nèi)的中小企業(yè)主要采用手寫或人工字模噴印的方法對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行標(biāo)識[1]。這兩種操作方法不僅勞動強(qiáng)度大,效率低下,而且容易發(fā)生錯誤,質(zhì)量也難以保證,嚴(yán)重影響了鋼管的自動化生產(chǎn),是企業(yè)鋼管生產(chǎn)效率的瓶頸,更直接影響了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。而目前國內(nèi)使用的自動噴碼機(jī)基本依靠進(jìn)口,價格高昂,只有少數(shù)幾家鋼鐵企業(yè)(如包鋼、寶鋼等)配備了進(jìn)口標(biāo)碼機(jī)[2]。標(biāo)碼機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件是高速點陣式脈沖噴射器,它的好壞直接影響著設(shè)備性能,甚至整條鋼管生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍也會受到影響,因而研究高速點陣式大字符噴碼系統(tǒng)具有重要意義。……
