摘 要: 設(shè)計了一種具有高增益、高極化隔離特性的寬頻帶層疊型E形天線。通過激勵E形輻射體,獲得雙峰諧振回路,并在E形天線上方附加寄生元,構(gòu)成了三峰諧振特性,從而取得較傳統(tǒng)E形天線更寬的頻帶;通過E形天線在低端激勵的雙電流路徑保證了天線在頻率低端的高增益特性,而天線本身的輻射體尺寸保證了頻率高端的高增益特性。采用Ansoft HFSS電磁仿真軟件對提出的天線模型仿進行優(yōu)化,依次在1.75 GHz,2.1 GHz,2.475 GHz形成了三個諧振峰值;在1.7~2.54 GHz內(nèi)駐波比≤1.5,其相對帶寬達40%,在1.7~2.5 GHz頻帶內(nèi)增益>8 dBi,且具有低達-55 dB的優(yōu)異交叉極化特性。

Broadband microstrip antenna with high gain and high cross?polarized isolation

Abstract: A broadband E?shaped stacked antenna is presented with high gain and high cross?polarized isolation. Three?peak resonant circuit is generated by adding a rectangular element above the E?shaped antenna with dual?peek resonant tank for impedance bandwidth improving. Dual currents at the low frequency band ensure its high gain characteristic, while the size of radiator of antenna present a sufficient aperture for the gain at high frequency band. Simulation and optimization of the antenna characteristics is carried out by Ansoft HFSS. Results show that three resonant frequencies are generated in the proposed antenna at 1.75 GHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.475 GHz,respectively. The antenna achieves a 40% impedance bandwidth of VSWR≤1.5 operating at 1.7~2.54 GHz. At the frequency band of 1.7~2.5 GHz,gain of >8 dBi and cross?polarized isolation<-55 dB are obtained for mobile communication antenna.

0 引 言
微帶天線以其成本低、重量輕、剖面低、易于共形等諸多優(yōu)點,被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種通信系統(tǒng);然而,微帶天線帶寬很窄,很難應(yīng)用于寬帶通信系統(tǒng),制約了其進一步的發(fā)展。為此,研究人員提出很多方法來拓寬微帶天線的帶寬。其中最具代表的是附加寄生貼片和表面開槽的方法。文獻[1?2]采用在主輻射貼片上方附加一層寄生元,以形成雙諧振特性,從而拓展天線的帶寬(層疊方式);文獻[3]在矩形微帶貼片表面開U形槽,以引起電流繞流的縫隙耦合,實現(xiàn)雙峰諧振,拓寬天線帶寬(開槽方式);文獻[4?7]將開U形槽的貼片發(fā)展為E形貼片,獲得了超過30%的帶寬,文獻[7]中帶寬甚至達到了33.8%;文獻[8]提出了一種在E形貼片上方附加寄生元,將E形貼片天線帶寬進一步擴展到了38.41%。然而文獻[8]采用貼片-空氣層-底板結(jié)構(gòu),其寄生單元、E形貼片和底板之間僅通過小木塊來支撐,實用性差;……
