摘 要: 隨著新型信息化裝備的廣泛應用,與之配套的維修保障體系、方法和手段的研究也被提到重要的議事日程。裝甲車載通信設備作為信息化裝備不可或缺的重要組成部分,其維修保障水平已成為影響部隊戰斗力發揮的重要因素。以某型超短波通信設備為例,論述了視情維修的基本思路和流程,明確了各個階段的工作任務,以技術指標體系為基本依據,分析了通信設備狀態監測的基本方法,探討了智能在線監測的基本思路,為滿足裝備保障視情維修和精細化管理提供了必要的技術準備。

Study on on?condition maintenance and condition monitoring of
communication equipments

Abstract: With the wide application of new information equipments, the research of ancillary maintenance support systems, methods and means have also been mentioned in the schedule. The armored vehicle communication equipment is an important part of indispensable information equipment. Its maintenance support level of protection has become an important factor to influence the battle effectiveness of the army. A certain type of VHF communication equipment is taken in this paper as an example. The basic idea and process of on?condition maintenance are discussed. The various stages of the task are determined. Taking the technology index system as a fundamental base, the basic method of communication equipment condition monitoring is analyzed, and the basic idea of intelligent online monitoring is discussed. The necessary technical preparation is provided for meeting the logistical support requirements of the on?condition maintenance and refinement management.

0 引 言
裝備維修的基本前提,是實時準確地掌握裝備系統各部件技術狀況的基本狀態與變化情況,實現對其健康狀態變化進行評估,對故障的傳播和發展趨勢做出早期預測,從而制定有針對性的維修保障計劃,指導實施維修保障活動。本文以某型超短波通信裝備為例,探討分析了狀態監測的基本方法。狀態監測是指了解和掌握設備的運行狀態,包括采用各種檢測、測量、監視、分析和判別方法,結合系統的歷史和現狀,考慮環境因素,對設備運行狀態進行評估,判斷其處于正常或非正常狀態,并對狀態進行顯示和記錄,對異常情況做出報警,以便使用與維修人員及時加以處理,并對設備的故障分析、性能評估、合理使用和安全工作提供信息和準備基礎數據。……
