摘 要: 利用電子模擬發(fā)電機(jī)代替汽車發(fā)電機(jī)組,開發(fā)了汽車電壓調(diào)節(jié)器靜態(tài)測(cè)試系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)以計(jì)算機(jī)為應(yīng)用平臺(tái),結(jié)合最新的集成器件和電子應(yīng)用技術(shù)。試用表明,該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)適用于多種產(chǎn)品的多項(xiàng)參數(shù)的檢測(cè),具有測(cè)試準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定可靠、操作簡(jiǎn)單、智能化程度高的特點(diǎn)。測(cè)試精度可以達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)試的0.1%,具有很強(qiáng)的推廣性。

Multifunction static testing instrument for voltage regulator of automotive alternator

Abstract: The static testing system for voltage regulator of automotive alternator was developed, for which the electronic simulation alternator was adopted instead of vehicle generator. The system takes a computer as its application platform, and combines the novel integrated components and electronic applied technology. The testing result shows that the system is applied to the multi?paramer test of several products, and has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, stable performance, simple operation and high intelligence. Its testing accuracy is up to 0.1% as dynamic testing system.

0 引 言
汽車發(fā)電機(jī)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器,是汽車供電系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵部件,其用途是穩(wěn)定汽車發(fā)電機(jī)的輸出電壓,使其不受發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速變化和負(fù)載變化的影響。該產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量狀況的好壞,直接影響到車輛的正常行駛。
多年來(lái),對(duì)汽車發(fā)電機(jī)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器的電氣性能測(cè)試,一直沿用在發(fā)電機(jī)測(cè)試臺(tái)上進(jìn)行測(cè)試的傳統(tǒng)方法。由于整個(gè)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)設(shè)備龐大、價(jià)格昂貴、耗電量大、操作復(fù)雜[1?3]。所以只有調(diào)節(jié)器生產(chǎn)廠具備該測(cè)試系統(tǒng),一般的使用單位和汽車電器維修單位都不具備使用該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的條件。所以對(duì)汽車發(fā)電機(jī)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器的電氣性能測(cè)試,一直是困擾各電機(jī)廠及維修市場(chǎng)的難題。
汽車發(fā)電機(jī)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器多功能電子測(cè)試儀器,是多年來(lái)汽車行業(yè)不論是電機(jī)廠還是維修市場(chǎng),都急需的電氣性能測(cè)試儀器。多功能測(cè)試儀以計(jì)算機(jī)為應(yīng)用平臺(tái),結(jié)合最新的集成器件和電子應(yīng)用技術(shù),具有測(cè)試準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定可靠、操作簡(jiǎn)單、智能化程度高的特點(diǎn),它將替代現(xiàn)有龐大的汽車發(fā)電機(jī)電壓調(diào)節(jié)器測(cè)試系統(tǒng),是一項(xiàng)填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白的研究課題。……
