摘 要: 針對東莞高科技工業園的實際情況,提出了一種基于無線傳感網絡的電能質量實時監測系統。系統采用DSP加ARM結構完成對現場電信號的采集、分析和處理,通過高可靠性ZigBee CC2530模塊實現DSP與ARM間的無線通信,完成數據的傳輸。重點介紹了射頻電路及天線的設計,分析了電磁兼容及抗干擾措施,采用SmartRF Studio 7驗證電路的RF性能,測試結果表明該系統能滿足工業園中自動化生產線的精密儀器、設備的電能質量的實時監測的要求。

Power quality monitoring system based on wireless transmission

Abstract: According to the actual situation of Hi?Tech Industrial Park of Dongguan, a power quality real?time monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is proposed. The structure of ARM plus DSP is used in the system to sample, analyze and process the electric signal on site. The high reliable ZigBee CC2530 module is used to realize the wireless communication between DSP and ARM, and complete the data transmission. The design of radio frequency circuit and the antenna is introduced emphatically. Electromagnetic compatibility and interference protection measure are analyzed. The RF performances of the circuit were tested with SmartRF Studio 7. The test results show that the system can satisfy the requirements of the real?time power quality monitoring of the precision instruments and equipments in automation production lines in the industrial park.

具有“世界工廠”稱號的東莞,在新的經濟形勢下,工業自動化水平不斷提高,工業園內對電源敏感的高科技電力設備越來越多,電能質量的實時監測是提高生產效率、節能減排、安全生產的關鍵,本文針對東莞高科技產業園對電能質量的要求,提出了一種基于ZigBee無線傳感網絡的電能質量實時監測系統。該系統不僅具有強大的測量和通信功能,而且具有組網方便、動態拓撲、低成本、大容量、高可靠性的特點[1],能很好地滿足高科技工業園電能質量實時監測的實際需要。
1 系統概述
系統結構如圖1所示,由數據采集節點,ARM9 S3C2440控制模塊(匯聚節點)、本地上位機、遠程監測管理中心組成,數據采集節點分布在每個需要監測的電源點,比如:每臺精密加工設備,每臺變頻調速驅動器,自動化生產線等;S3C2440模塊(匯聚節點)分布在離數據采集節點約40 m距……
