病人：好的，可我很害怕分娩這一刻的到來。分娩的時候會很疼嗎？

護士：一開始，子宮收縮、子宮頸擴張的時候會感到疼一點。應對疼痛的方法是首先自己要樹立分娩信心，聽從助產士的指導，陣痛間隙要充分休息以保持體力。如果您還是不能忍受疼痛的話，我們醫院有一種鎮痛分娩的方法，可以減輕您的疼痛。

病人：是嗎？這種方法對寶寶會有影響嗎？

護士：我們醫院已經做過很多例數，一般情況下是沒有影響的。在鎮痛分娩的過程中，助產士會一直守候在您的身邊，用監護儀對母親、胎兒的情況進行持續監護。如發現異常，醫生會及時采取措施的。

病人：噢，那等我先生來了，我們可以商量一下考慮用鎮痛分娩。

Patient：OK.But I am very afraid of giving birth.Giving birth can be very painful，right？

Nurse：In the beginning，you will feel a little pain during uterus contractions and cervix dilation.The methods to cope with the pain are building up confidence during your delivery，listening to the midwife＇s guidance，and resting in between the contractions to maintain your strength.If you still can’t tolerate the pain，we can give you anesthesia to ease the pain.

Patient：Is that so？Will the anesthesia have any adverse effects on my baby？

Nurse：Our hospital does this a lot.Generally speaking，there are no adverse effects.In the process of anesthesia，the midwife will stay at your bedside and monitor your and the baby’s conditions.If something abnormal happens，the doctor will take care of it right away.
