在建于世紀之交的一系列建筑所構成的異質環境中，一座具有獨立特性和形態同時又與環境互動的建筑誕生了。

這是一座帶有內庭院的建筑，公寓部分位于建筑的轉角附近，從庭院可以直接進入辦公樓層。星型的綠色庭院使得位于角落的公寓獲得良好的照明。樓梯間的對稱布局令每一層都可以圍繞核心筒布置2—3套公寓。地面層包含了一個購物區，開放的主樓梯直接通向庭院內散布的綠地，同時發揮著辦公區域入口大廳以及停車場出入口的作用。環繞大樓設置的涼廊作為面向中庭的立面，成為了公寓前具有吸引力的過濾層。□（李璠 譯）

In the heterogeneous appearance of the surrounding building structure from the turn of the century a building is placed, whose character and morphology is independent as well as (re)acting contextually defined.

This building is a court type with apartments along the Corners and an office storey that is accessible from the courtyard. The star-shaped green courtyard makes an ideal illumination of the apartments in the corners possible. The symmetrical arrangement of the staircases makes it possible to provide each core with two or three apartments on each floor. The ground floor consists mainly of a Shopping area the open main staircase onto the green distribution area as an entrance hall to the apartments and offices, and of the entry/exit of the parking garage. The loggia belt arranged as a court facade represents the attractive filter layer in front of the apartments. □
