一、教材內容分析:
本課時是冀教版五年級英語下冊第二單元的第一課,課文內容是延續上一單元李明、Jenny、Danny和李夫人一行四人去北京旅行,現在到達北京火車站,在車站談論的一些話題。本課涉及到了一些復雜的可數名詞單數變復數的詞匯及句型,在教學中應該注意幫助學生進行歸類總結。在口語交際時,也要注意句型中單復數的正確應用。
二、學生情況分析:
本班學生性格活潑,對英語興趣濃厚,比較喜歡分角色朗讀及對話表演等形式。對于名詞單復數,學生對可數名詞變復數(+s)的形式很熟悉,對其他變復數形式知道的較少。對于本課中出現的特殊變化形式(men\women\children),學生是初次接觸。學生對單復數句型變化有所了解,但應用中還不熟悉,經常會出現錯誤。在教學中應該注重口語練習,以鞏固所學知識。
三、教學目標:
1.知識與技能目標:(1)使學生能聽懂、說出并認讀單詞men、women、children、people、many、everyone。(2)學生能夠熟練應用“Who is this?This is a?搖?搖?搖.What are these?These are.What is he/she doing?He/She is ing.What are they doing?They are……”等句型進行對話練習。并能正確運用“men、women、children”這些名詞的單、復數形式。
2.過程與方法目標:(1)學生通過小組合作學習,能夠運用所學英語知識來表達看到的事情,更輕松地進行語言操練,并體驗小組合作的收獲與愉悅。(2)學生通過多媒體課件展示,整體感知學習內容,接受語言信息,體驗感受旅行的快樂,激發生活情趣。(3)學生通過小組互相評價,更清晰地認識自我,體驗合作,感受成功。并能夠積極參與、努力實踐。
3.情感態度價值觀:(1)培養學生較好的文化意識與英語語感。(2)增強學生合作意識及良好的競爭意識。

Step 1:Class opening and review
1.Sing a song.“Do you know this man?”
(設計意圖:教師與學生一起sing,有利于激發學生的學習興趣,激活學生原有的知識this,that,boy,girl,man,woman,為學習新知識做必要的準備)
2.Greeting:Hello!Boys and girls!How are you?Are you happy?Now,look out the window.How's the weather today?I like sunny days.Because we can go on trips.Let's go on a trip,Ok?
3.Show the picture of “Some famous places in Beijing”to the students.?搖So,Beijing is great!Let's go to Beijing by train.
4.Show the train on PPT.Now we're on the train.
We can look out the window on the train.What can you see?

1.課件出示boy,girl,baby,child圖,What can you see?(課件繼續出示句型)This is a boy./ This is a child./ This is a girl./This is a baby.……
(板書:boy,boys,girl,girls,baby,babies,child)
Who is a boy?Stand up,please.Who is a girl?Stand up,please.Who is a child?The boy is a child.The girl is a child,too.Boys and girls are children.(板書children),拼讀children=child+ren.區別child 與children.
2.課件出示man圖,What can you see?(課件繼續出示句型)This is a man./One man.板書:man。課件出示men圖,Is this a man?(課件繼續出示句型)No,these are men./Many men.(拼讀men,從音形區別man與men)板書:men
3.用同樣的形式,課件展示學習woman,women等單詞。
4.課件出示people圖,Men,women and children are people.板書,拼讀people.
5.課件出示Beijing Train Station圖,Look,what's this place?
It's Beijing Train Station.
Oh,We arrive in Beijing.(板書課題)
We sat on the train for a long time.I'm very tired.Are you tired?Ask more students.……So,Everyone is tired.(板書everyone).(設計意圖:通過多媒體課件出示單詞直觀、形象,能吸引學生的注意力,激發學習興趣,并在教授單詞時展示各個詞之間的聯系,滲透給學生學習策略。)

1.Do you want to know what Li Ming,Danny,Jenny and Mrs.Li see in the train station?Now,open your book,look at the part one.Listen to the tape.When the second listening,read after.Then free reading a minute,and read it one by one.
2.課件出示Beijing Train Station圖,How many people are there in the Beijing Train Station?(Many people)
3.課件展示更多圖片,Who are they?What are they doing in the train station?(They are buying tickets.They are crying.They are playing cards.)
4.Open your book and look at the part two.Listen to the tape,then answer these questions:1)What are the women doing?2)What are the children doing?3)What are the men doing?
Let the student to answer questions and answer correct give evaluation.(設計意圖:學生帶著問題聽錄音,可以幫助學生理解文本大意,利于培養學生語言理解能力。適當的評價,會激發學生的學習興趣。)

1.Teacher gives the students some headdress.Talk about something.The students in themselves groups can make up some dialogues,use the words they have learned today. (設計意圖:學生結組進行對話練習,鞏固所學知識,并培養合作意識,增強綜述能力。)
