摘 要:隨著新能源的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,以新能源發(fā)電為基礎(chǔ)的分布式發(fā)電技術(shù)有著高效、節(jié)能,緩解不可再生能源緊缺的優(yōu)點,但也出現(xiàn)了一些新的問題,如電能質(zhì)量、電網(wǎng)控制等,分布式發(fā)電對配網(wǎng)原有的繼電保護(hù)產(chǎn)生的影響尤其巨大。首先介紹分布式發(fā)電對繼電保護(hù)的幾點影響,然后總結(jié)了一些解決方法,最后討論了一些可行的方法,并分析了用自適應(yīng)繼電保護(hù)對含有分布式電源的配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行整定計算的方法。關(guān)鍵詞:新能源; 分布式發(fā)電; 繼電保護(hù); 電網(wǎng)控制; 自適應(yīng)保護(hù)

Influence of Distributed Power Generation on Relay Protection

Abstract: With the development of renewable energy, the high efficiency and energy conservation of the distributed power generation can remit the requirement intensity of non-renewable energy, but it results in many new problems, such as power quality, power-network control and especially the relay protection. The influence of the distributed power generation on relay protection is introduced, and then the solutions are introduced. At last, some viable solutions are offered to the problems. The setting calculation with the adaptive relay protection for the distribution network that contains one or more distributed generations is analyzed.Keywords: new energy; distributed power generation; relay protection; power-network control; adaptive protection
0 引 言
由于近幾十年一次能源緊縮、環(huán)境污染等問題,世界各國加快了對可再生能源的開發(fā)與利用,分布式發(fā)電技術(shù)在電力系統(tǒng)中迅速發(fā)展起來。分布式發(fā)電(Distributed Generation,DG)技術(shù)指發(fā)電在數(shù)kW到50 mW,小型模塊化且分散地布置在用戶附近的高效、可靠的發(fā)電技術(shù),發(fā)電設(shè)施主要包括:以液體或氣體為燃料的內(nèi)燃機、微型燃?xì)廨啓C、光伏電池、風(fēng)力發(fā)電、生物質(zhì)發(fā)電等等。
原有的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)加入分布式電源以后,潮流將發(fā)生改變,系統(tǒng)發(fā)生短路時的各線路或母線的短路電流也發(fā)生了改變,這可能導(dǎo)致原繼電保護(hù)的失效、保護(hù)誤動作及配合保護(hù)不適用等問題[1-3]。同時加入分布式電源的故障水平會發(fā)生改變,故障水平提高還是降低取決于運行的分布式電源數(shù)量和種類,故障水平的提高要求開關(guān)設(shè)備的升級,故障水平的降低可能會給過電流保護(hù)帶來問題。……
