摘 要:針對(duì)單片雷達(dá)接收機(jī)中對(duì)低噪聲放大器(LNA)的要求,采用CMOS 0.18 μm工藝設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)三級(jí)級(jí)聯(lián)的鏡像抑制低噪聲放大器。通過(guò)在低噪聲放大器中接入限波濾波器,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)鏡像信號(hào)的衰減,從而減小了后端混頻器電路的設(shè)計(jì)難度。在ADS中對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的放大器仿真,其結(jié)果為:最大供電電壓為5 V情況下,信號(hào)頻段為3.0 ~ 3.2 GHz,中頻輸出為225 MHz,功率增益≥31 dB,噪聲系數(shù)(FN)≤0.5 dB,1 dB點(diǎn)的輸入/輸出功率分別為-19.5 dBm和11.5 dBm,對(duì)鏡像信號(hào)的抑制度達(dá)22 dB。

Design of Three-level Low-noise Amplifier at Front End of Receiver

Abstract: Three-level low-noise amplifier with image rejection was designed by the aid of the CMOS 0.18 μm technology to meet the requirement of the low-noise amplifier (LNA) in the radar receiver. With the notch filter in the LNA, it can reject the image signal which makes the circuit design of the mixer at the rear end easier. The designed amplifier is simulated in the ADS software. The simulation result is: under the condition of maximum supplied voltage 5 V, the band of the signal is 3.0~3.2 GHz, IF output is 225 MHz, power gain ≥31 dB, noise figure ≤0.5 dB, input and output 1 dB, power of the points is -19.5 dBm and 11.5 dBm respectively and the rejection of the image signal reaches 22 dB.

0 引 言
在現(xiàn)代雷達(dá)接收機(jī)中,應(yīng)用最廣的結(jié)構(gòu)是超外差結(jié)構(gòu)[1]。在該結(jié)構(gòu)中,單片系統(tǒng)往往需要片外濾波器去除鏡像信號(hào),例如SAW濾波器,因而給系統(tǒng)的集成度帶來(lái)影響。為了達(dá)到一定的鏡像抑制比,而又不使用片外濾波器,通常使用鏡像抑制混頻器能提供60 dB左右的抑制度。但現(xiàn)代雷達(dá)接收機(jī)至少需要80 dB的抑制度,這就給鏡像抑制混頻器的設(shè)計(jì)增加了難度。
為解決該問(wèn)題,研究工作主要集中在鏡像抑制LNA的設(shè)計(jì)上[2-4]。從文獻(xiàn)[5-6]中,可以看到通過(guò)LNA與陷波濾波器(notch filter)的連接,其單片LNA的抑制度分別達(dá)到20 dB和75 dB。本文結(jié)合雷達(dá)接收機(jī)中LNA的指標(biāo),通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)電路結(jié)構(gòu)提高抑制度,與后級(jí)的鏡像抑制混頻器連接達(dá)到了較高的鏡像抑制比,提高了整個(gè)雷達(dá)接收機(jī)對(duì)鏡像信號(hào)的抑制度。
1 陷波濾波器
在本文中,對(duì)低噪聲放大器的要求是工作頻段為S頻段,噪聲系數(shù)FN為2~3 dB,功率增益在30 dB以上,輸出1 dB壓縮點(diǎn)不低于10 dBm,工作電壓為5 V。……
