摘 要:通過對某一混合液體加工工藝過程的分析,采用FX2N-48MR可編程序控制器實現加工生產過程的自動/手動控制,利用PLC輸出的開關信號,經過由光電偶合器組成的驅動電路,輸出數字信號去控制閥門電動執行器,以控制閥門的開啟與關閉,完成液體生產過程的自動/手動控制。克服了采用繼電器-接觸器控制系統大量使用中間繼電器,存在故障率高、體積大、操作復雜、控制精度低等缺點,從而實現對溫度、閥門等對象的控制。減少了設備的故障率和廢料率,降低了生產成本。控制過程穩定、可靠,提高了生產效率。

Application of Programmable Logic Controller in Mixed Fluid Process Control

Abstract:The automatic/manual control in the production process is achieved with FX2N-48MR PLC through analysis of the mixing liquid processing. The switching signals coming from PLC is turned to the digital signal by the drive circuit including a charge coupled device to control electric valve actuators to open or close the valve and accomplish the production process of the liquid automatic/manual control. The method overcomes the defects of high failure rate, bulky volume, complicated operation and low control accuracy caused by the application of the relay-contactor control system in which large-scale interme-diate relays are adopted. Thereby, the control for temperature, valves and other objects is achieved. With the method, the failure rate, waste rate, and production cost are lowered, and the production efficiency is improved.

0 引 言
在一些混合液體物料生產加工過程中,除了正常生產過程的控制外,還需要對物料溫度進行檢測與控制,使得生產過程的控制要求更加嚴格;若控制不當,將產生大量的廢料,造成嚴重的經濟損失。而采用繼電器-接觸器控制系統,存在使用大量的中間繼電器,控制動作遲緩,精確度差,穩定性差,故障率高,操作復雜等缺點,易產生廢料,導致加工成本提高,嚴重影響了企業的經濟效益;若采用FX2N-48MR可編程序控制器進行控制,可達到預期的控制效果。
1 某一加工控制過程
下面敘述某一加工控制過程,工藝流程圖如圖1所示。
若將控制開關置于自動狀態,按下啟動按鈕SB3即打開煮料進料閥門,向煮料器內加入生產所需的原料(進料);當液位……
