摘 要:檢測(cè)導(dǎo)彈在車載行軍過程中受到的振動(dòng)沖擊。采用加速度傳感器ADXL50敏感振動(dòng)過程中加速度的值,然后通過ADC0809轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào),再通過信號(hào)處理的方法濾除一些隨機(jī)干擾,最后進(jìn)行顯示與報(bào)警。提出一套完整的測(cè)量車載導(dǎo)彈振動(dòng)沖擊的方案。該方案結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔可靠,能夠測(cè)量導(dǎo)彈在車載行軍過程中受到的振動(dòng)沖擊。在此利用單片集成式加速度傳感器ADXL50和單片機(jī)電路測(cè)量振動(dòng)加速度。

Application of ADXL50 Acceleration Sensor in Missile March

Abstract:A project to detect the vibration impact on missiles during transportation is proposed. The ADXL50 acceleration sensor is adopted to detect the value of the acceleration during vibration. The analog signals exported by the ADXL50 are transferred to the digital signals by ADC0809. The random disturbance is eliminated by the signal processing, and then the value of the acceleration is displayed or the alarm is issued if necessary. The project is concise and credible, and can detect the acceleration impact on the missiles during transportation. The monolithic ADXL50 acceleration sensor and SCM circuit is used to detect the vibration acceleration.

0 引 言
在導(dǎo)彈車載行軍過程中,車上的導(dǎo)彈會(huì)受到各種振動(dòng)的沖擊影響,這種振動(dòng)沖擊如果過大則會(huì)造成導(dǎo)彈的損傷或損壞。在此介紹了一種基于ADXL50單片集成加速度傳感器的加速度測(cè)量方法,用于檢測(cè)導(dǎo)彈在車載行軍過程中受到的振動(dòng)沖擊。單片集成加速度傳感器ADXL50體積小、方向性好、精度高、時(shí)漂與溫漂小;在+5 V單電源下工作,使用方便,所需外圍元器件少;可靠性很高,在通電時(shí)可以承受500g的加速度沖擊,不加電時(shí)可以承受2 000g的加速度沖擊而不致?lián)p壞[1]。因此可以應(yīng)用于導(dǎo)彈運(yùn)輸車。
1 設(shè)計(jì)方案
設(shè)計(jì)方案如圖1所示:包括傳感器及外圍電路、信號(hào)處理裝置、顯示報(bào)警電路等3部分。傳感器及外圍電路封裝于小型屏蔽容器內(nèi),固定于導(dǎo)彈載行車上,ADXL50 加速度傳感器采集振動(dòng)加速度信號(hào),并輸出相應(yīng)的電壓信號(hào);信號(hào)處理部分接收到傳感器采集來的模擬電壓信號(hào),對(duì)其進(jìn)行模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,將加速度的值顯示于LED上,然后進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)判斷與處理,當(dāng)超過安全范圍時(shí)給出報(bào)警,提醒司機(jī)注意駕駛。……
