聚焦生命之重

2008年3月29日，德欽縣奔子欄衛(wèi)生院，阿追剛出生4天的孩子躺在醫(yī)院的病床上，等待檢查。這個孩子是3月25日凌晨兩點，阿追在家中生下的。3月29日上午，阿追與媽媽帶著孩子如約來到醫(yī)院打預防針。

《生命之重》這組圖片故事拍攝于2005年3月到2005年8月，在近半年的時間里，作者分別采訪云南玉龍、重慶黔江、寧夏隆德、福建政和和屏南。采訪都圍繞同一主題——農村孕產婦的生存狀況。

在農村許多地方，婦保人員無法推算出婦女的預產期，因為婦保人員詢問她們末次月經時，往往會得到這樣的回答“種玉米那天”，“收土豆那天”……采訪中還聽過這樣的事，如果一個婦女難產需要搶救，可能要花數千元的話，她的夫家人可能會選擇放棄，因為新娶一個女人回家費用會更低。

2008年3月至4月，記者受中國扶貧基金會委托，再次在云南省迪慶藏族自治州德欽縣開展專題拍攝，與三年前相似的場景又一幕幕涌現：因大雪封路被迫在家分娩的婦女，漢族醫(yī)生在藏區(qū)默默奉獻……

出于對執(zhí)著生命的敬畏，出于對美麗生命的感動，我為這組攝影專題取名《生命之重》，同時希望通過這組報道為變化中的農村盡微薄之力。

2008年3月17日，尼瑪拉木帶著剛出生一天的孩子回到家中。這是21歲的她第二次做母親，兩年前她的第一個孩子在家中降生，但沒有存活。兩年后，為了謹慎起見，她提前一個月就到醫(yī)院住院待產。

2008年3月30日，4歲半的兄奴此里趴在家中的樓梯上等奶奶回家。兄奴此里的媽媽在家中生他時大出血而去世，他現在跟著奶奶過。

2008年3月17日，出院后的尼瑪拉木和孩子在家中休養(yǎng)，她的媽媽在一旁照顧。孩子的出生給全家?guī)砹撕芏嗫鞓贰?/p>

2005年4月3日，由于家中無法找到一塊好布，云南省玉龍納西族自治縣石頭鄉(xiāng)龍石化村民趙亮梅產下的男嬰被包在20多塊碎布拼成的襁褓中。

April 3rd， 2005， Zhao Liangmei， a villager from Long Shi Hua Village， Yu Long Naxi Autonomous County， Yun Nan Province gave birth to a baby boy. As the parents can not find a piece of good cloth， the baby was wrapped in a swaddle，which was made of more than 20 pieces of small rags.

2008年4月1日，德欽縣霞若鄉(xiāng)粗卡通村，送醫(yī)下村的醫(yī)生給孩子們做體檢，小孩不愿意站在臺秤上，他的母親只好抱著他一起稱，然后單獨再稱一次，減去自己體重后再獲得小孩的體重。

2008年3月25日凌晨2點11分，云南省德欽縣奔子欄鎮(zhèn)書松村通堆水小組，21歲阿追在家中生下了自己的第一個孩子，當地醫(yī)生上門為她接生，母子平安。

2008年3月28日，次里次木出院，奶奶抱著重孫女走在前面，次里次木騎在馬上，爺爺在后面牽馬馱著次里次木這次住院的行李。按照當地風俗，剛出生的孩子不能上馬，要一直抱著走。3月18日上午，次里次木在德欽縣奔子欄衛(wèi)生院剖腹產生下了自己的孩子，這是該醫(yī)院第一次獨立完成的剖腹產手術。

March 28， 2008， Ci Li Ci Mu rode the horse and returned home after Caesarean birth， which is the first Caesarean birth in the local hospital.the new-born was held by the grandmother in front of Ci. According to the local custom， the new-born must be held and was not permitted on the horse. 2008年4月1日，德欽縣霞若鄉(xiāng)粗卡通村，前來聽“婦幼保健知識”宣傳的50名婦女中，只有前面的一位是住院分娩的，其他的都是在家分娩。
