The disc occasionally strays from that formula on cuts like the churchy closer “I Wish You Well.” But the hightlight is “Side Effects，” the CD’s darkest and most personal track， which seems to allude to Carey’s failed marriage.

Tips for Beijingers

As is known to all， the 2008 Olympic Games will be held in our capital. Surely， the top athletes from all over the world will bring us a fantastic eye feast.

Given that the great day is just around the corner， I still want to give some suggestions to the local people in Beijing.

Firstly， people in service occuptions should place lots of weight on English. Though it is not necessary for all of you to speak pretty fluent English， you’d better learn some words and phrases in order to cover simple conversation. At least， when meeting a foreigner， you won’t be in a panic.

Secondly， good behavior is of supreme significance. Inappropriate actions like spitting or throwing rubbish around can ruin our reputation and long-term efforts. Don’t take the attitude that “It doesn’t matter”. In reality， it does matter and that thought is just a rationalization. Remember you guys represent the whole country.

Finally， efficient measures should be taken to protect the environment. Take stock of our science， we are capable to cope with these problems. Besides， everyone can do something good for the environment， from which I believe we can get a striking result.

To draw a conclusion， the 2008 Olympic Games is considerably indispensable to us Chinese and we are looking forward to it.
