B：No， I don’t think so.

A：But your face is so familiar（熟悉）. Wait a second...I know...We were on the same flight to Shanghai last month.

B：Oh， yes. Now I remember. What a coincidence（湊巧）to meet in Kunming!

A：Well， you know what they say——it’s a small world.

（B）

A：There’s the shoe store we’ve been looking for. It’s just across the street.

B：Wait!You can’t cross the street in the middle of the block（街區）！You have to cross at the corner.

A：Oh， come on. Let’s go across here.

（Sound of car screeching刺耳的剎車聲）

B：Look out!You nearly got hit by that car!Now do you see why you should cross at the corner?

A：I guess you’re right. I’ll be more careful after this.

A：Listen!Somebody’s playing the piano.

A：I took guitar（吉他）lesson for some time， but I never learned to play very well. I guess I don’t have any musical talent.

A：He made a U-turn（掉頭） right in the middle of the block and almost hit a kid on a bicycle.

B：Drivers get crazier（瘋狂的）every day!
