江門市區危險品生產、儲存專區選址研究

摘要：通過分析江門市區危險品現狀布局情況，根據危險品專區布局原則，充分考慮市區工業用地布局規劃、自然與社會條件等，找到綜合條件較理想的候選地址，然后根據關聯因素影響論證每個選址，得出生產、儲存專區建議選址方案。

Abstract:By analyzing the current layout of the hazardous goods for jiangmen city， according to the layout principle of the hazardous goods production and storage space， fully consider the layout planning of the industrial land for jiangmen city 、the natural and society conditions， find out the ideal's sites in synthetical condition， and then basis the associative factor to argumentation these sites， reach the feasible scheme on site-choosing of the hazardous goods production and storage space.

1前言

時至今日，危險化學品已是城市正常生產和生活的必需品，但由于其物品的特殊性，危險化學品的生產、倉儲、經營、運輸及使用都受到嚴格的安全限制，尤其是在生產、倉儲環節，更易引發安全事故，并有可能給城市生產、生活帶來嚴重的后果。為此，各級城市對危險化學品的生產、儲存會作出專門的安排，尤其是危險品使用量或者中轉量較大的大中城市，更需要對危險品的生產、儲存專區進行統籌規劃和設計，以確保城市運行的安全、有序、和諧。

江門市作為珠三角西部的樞紐城市，一直以來危險品的使用和中轉量都十分龐大，近幾年隨著江門市及其周邊城市工業的快速發展，危險品的需求量更是與日俱增。因此，有必要在危險品生產、儲存專區的規劃和建設環節上加大投入力量，以配合產業發展的需要。本文主要針對江門市區危險品生產、儲存專區的選址進行研究。

《江門市城市總體規劃（2006-2020）》劃定的市區（含蓬江、江海、新會三區）范圍，規劃總面積為1818km²。
