Some producers have a lack of legal and regulation sense.In this case， more of their attention is paid to how muchprofit they can make， and cutting costs is closely related toproduct's quality， which then increases the safety risk tocustomers. Some family-operated workshops still lack thebasic conditions for modern manufacturing.

Circulation chain

The wholesale market requires more effective supervisionmeasures with regard to safety inspection and quality control.While continuing to improve， there are still a handful ofbootleggers that have let the wholesale market become anoutlet for their fake or poor-quality products.

Market entrance standards

Strict and high standards for entering the market arestill on the way. Currently， most business-operators on theoutskirts of cities and in rural areas are local farmers， migrantworkers， or laid-off workers from State-Owned-Enterprises.These small companies produce and sell very fewproducts， which allow some of them to open without aproper business license.

Supervision and regulation

From the farms to dinner tables， from raw materialsto well finished products， there are many interrelatedproduction chains and supervision departments.Different departments are responsible for differentfields and there is a lack of communication. Somemisunderstandings and overlapping responsibilitieswithout clear boundaries are another cause of theproblems.

China does have its problems: it is still a developingcountry， and one that wants to perform better in thecoming days. We alI know it is much better to encouragea newborn than to criticize him. so while some alarmsremain， China is doing its best to ease the pain.
