摘要:黑龍江省綠色食品產業自1990年以來呈持續快速發展態勢,對農產品出口發揮了重要作用。但產業市場集中度低、企業規模小、馳名品牌少和品牌雜亂等問題制約著產業和企業進一步發展,歸結為一點就是產業競爭優勢不明顯。應用鉆石體系理論,建立競爭優勢評價模型,得出黑龍江省競爭優勢指數和影響因素權重,并對有競爭優勢的要素進行優化和對有比較劣勢的要素進行改進,以達到提高產業競爭優勢的目的。

An Empirical Study of Industrial Competitive Advantage of Green Food Industry
in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract:Green food industry in Heilongjiang Province has maintained a sustained and rapid development since 1990, which played an important role in promoting agricultural exports. However,some problems as low market concentration of industries, small-scaled enterprises,few famous brands and brand promiscuity,have restricted the further development of China′s green food industries and enterprises,which have not the clear competitive advantage of the industries .By making use of the Porter diamond system in this paper,a competitive advantage evaluation model is built for the case of Heilongjiang Province. With the competitive advantage index and factors weight of the green food industry,it proposes the optimization of the competitive advantage elements and the improvement of the relatively inferior elements to realize the goal of strengthening the competitive advantage of the local green food industry .

在健康、安全、保健消費觀念日益深入人心和行業間競爭更趨激烈的市場環境下,綠色(有機)食品需求旺盛且呈現持續增長態勢,黑龍江省綠色食品產業經過十幾年的發展,在國內外市場形成了一定規模和品牌優勢,并對調整農業結構、增加農民收入和促進農產品出口,起到重要推動作用。但在國際貿易壁壘堤壩筑高和多樣化的情況下,培育和發展產業競爭優勢,使影響產業競爭優勢的積極因素得到充分體現,改進和優化影響產業競爭優勢的消極因素已成為一個亟待解決的問題。筆者參照波特的鉆石體系,將影響競爭優勢因素進行層次分解,運用層次分析和模糊數學方法建立一個產業競爭優勢評價模型,對影響產業競爭優勢的要素做出判斷,并通過對有競爭優勢的要素進行優化及對有比較劣勢的要素進行改進,最終達到揚長補短提高產業競爭優勢的目的。……
