At present nobody doubts the fact that the Czech Republicranges among the popular and well-established touristdestinations. The interest of tourists in spending holidayin this country has grown significantly, especially after 2004, whenthe country joined the European Union. Behind this increase inthe number of tourists travelling to the country and spending moredays in the tourist regions lies also a new promotion concept for theCzech Republic and a broadening of the network of representativesabroad in Europe and further afield.
