Beginning from March 1 of this year， Chi-na only allows authorized manufacturersto engage in automobile exports in aneffort to raise auto quality. The licensing system，jointly introduced by Ministry of Commerce，National Development and Reform Commission，General Administration of Customs， State Qual-ity Inspection Administration and Certificationand Accreditation Administration of China，aims to ensure that only large and credible automanufacturers take part in auto exports. Thenew move was said to regulate the order of autoexport， transfer the ways of export growth andimprove export quality and efficiency to achievesound development of China's auto industry.
