Statistics released by China Customsin February， 2007 showed an uncommonrapid growth in Shenzhen's 2006 textile export. In 2006， the total value of textile products exported from Shenzhen amounted to 16.167 billion US dollars.Compared with the previous year， the expansion in Shenzhen was astoundingly as high as 178.65%， while the growth rate of textile export value nationwide was 25.1%.
