Ｍｉｎｉｓｔｒｙ ｏｆ Ｃｏｍｍｅｒｃｅ’ｓ Ｆｉｎａｌ Ａｒｂｉｔｒａｔｉｏｎ ｏｎ Ａｎｔｉ－ｄｕｍｐｉｎｇ Ｉｎｖｅｓｔｉｇａｔｉｏｎ ｏｎ Ｎｏｎｙｌ Ｐｈｅｎｏ

The Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China issued the Announcement No.11， 2007 of Ministry of Commerce on Promulgating Final Arbitration on Anti-dumping Investigation on Nonyl Pheno Originated from Indiaand Taiwan Region on Mar 28， 2007， deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on those investigated commodities. In line with investigation， Ministry of Commerce finally verdicts dumping of the investigated commodities and points out thesubstantial damage to domestic nonyl pheno industry， as well asthe existence of causality between dumping of the investigated commodities and the injury of domestic industry.
