Exploration of Matrix Effects of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Different Fruits

Abstract: This study used gas chromatography to analyze the matrix effcts of 1O fruit species from five categories,including pome and stone fruits,on eight organophosphorus pesticides.Results showed that the matrixenhanced effect was observed across the different fruit matrices.While the enhancement generally decreased with increasing pesticide concentration,most maintained a significant effect, with the matrix-enhancing effect being more pronounced at lowconcentrations.Matrix effcts varied acrossfruitcategories and were associated with fruit components such as pectin,sugars,organic acids,terpenes,and esters and pesticide properties.This study provides theoretical support for optimizing pesticide residue detection methods and improving detection accuracy.

自20世紀中期以來,有機磷農藥憑借其廣譜殺蟲活性、高效性和經濟性,始終在全球農業殺蟲劑中占據主導地位,年使用量占殺蟲劑總量的 40% 以上[。然而,這類化合物在使用后易于殘留,并通過食物鏈生物富集作用損傷人體神經系統、免疫系統,甚至誘發癌癥[2-3]。因此,建立精準、靈敏的農藥殘留檢測技術,對于保障食品安全和公共健康具有重要意義。目前,食品中有機磷農藥殘留量的測定方法主要有生物測定法、化學法、酶學法。在化學法中常用的主要有氣相色譜法、超高效液相色譜法、氣質聯用技術等,其中使用最為廣泛的是氣相色譜法[4]。
在農藥殘留分析中,基質效應(MatrixEffect,ME)是制約檢測準確性的核心瓶頸之一?;|效應是指樣品中其他成分對待測物測定造成的干擾,導致測定時無法對目標組分進行準確定量[5]。水果因富含糖類、有機酸、酚類等復雜成分,其基質對目標分析物的信號干擾尤為顯著。不同水果的獨特化學組成可能通過吸附、配位等作用,對有機磷農藥的氣相色譜檢測信號產生特異性增強或抑制效應。本研究選取仁果類、核果類、漿果類、柑橘類及瓜果類共10種水果,通過氣相色譜法分析不同水果基質對有機磷農藥殘留測定的影響,旨在揭示水果類別、農藥極性與基質效應的內在關聯,為優化檢測方法、提高準確性提供理論支撐。
