Effects of Five Factors on Germination of Viola tricolor Soaking

AbstractInodertovestigatethctsoftemperatueadtfsdleachng,concentrationndtieofberellntreat,and germinationtemperatueonsdgmiatioofpansynorthogonaldesignexperientwasaidoutwithVioltricolorinbedlins2,9 andhybrid219asmaterals.eresultssowdthatthesdgerminatioratesofpansy21,9and219weresignifcantlyhghranthoe of the control group,and the germination rates of parent 21 and 9 were 90.0% and 86.1% ,respectively,under the optimal germination conditions,which was higher than that of hybrid 21×9 ( 73.3% ). Among the five factors, soaking time had the greatest effect on germination rate. The soaking time of hybrid based on optimal germination ( 12h )was shorter than that of parent ( 24h ). The above research has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the popularization and application of Viola tricolor varieties.

三色堇(Violatricolor)原產(chǎn)北歐,別名貓兒臉花、蝴蝶花、鬼臉花,為堇菜科堇菜屬一、二年生花卉,性喜冷涼,較耐寒,花色豐富、花期長、觀賞性極強(qiáng),是大花三色堇( Viola×wit- trockiana)和小花三色堇(Viola × williamsii)的重要雜交親本,其商業(yè)品種是冬春盆栽花卉、花壇、花境、地被用花等常用類型,彌補(bǔ)了我國冬季露地開花植物較少的不足[1-2]。目前我國市場對三色堇的需求量越來越大,且三色堇類商業(yè)品種多為雜交 F1 代,主要通過種子繁殖[3],制種尚不能滿足市場需求,因此提高三色堇親本和雜交種的萌發(fā)率尤為重要。
浸種是用各種溶液對播種前的種子進(jìn)行浸泡處理的方法。浸種的目的是催芽,使種子快速吸收萌發(fā)所需水分,打破種子休眠,增強(qiáng)種皮的通透性,從而提高種子發(fā)芽率[4]目前浸種催芽處理在許多物種中有所應(yīng)用,樊奇等[5采用物理和化學(xué)浸泡種子法以及引發(fā)回干法探究提高菊芋種子萌發(fā)率的最適方法,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)在溫湯浸種處理下菊芋種子萌發(fā)率最高。葉遠(yuǎn)俊等[探究不同因素對姜荷花種子打破休眠及發(fā)芽的影響,結(jié)果表明, 60°C 熱水浸種 10min 400mg/L GA3 浸種 24h 為最佳處理組合,發(fā)芽率有所提高。
三色堇研究目前主要集中在探究重金屬脅迫對其種子萌發(fā)的影響,總體表現(xiàn)為低濃度促進(jìn)高濃度抑制的趨勢[7-8],但尚未有關(guān)于多種因素影響其種子萌發(fā)的研究。筆者通過溫湯浸種探究5種因素對三色堇萌發(fā)率的影響,初步確定了3個三色堇品系萌發(fā)所需最優(yōu)條件,為提高三色堇種子推廣……p>
