Value traceability methods metrological calibration devices for digital image correlation techniques

Abstract:The digital image correlation (DIC) method currently suffrs from inadequate systematic calibration methods an underdeveloped metrological traceability system.To address these challenges,this study proposes a novelcalibration methodology based on laser interferometry,integrated with acustom-designed optical system for local deformation measurements.Finite element simulations are employed to analyze the stress stiffening effect instrain platesunder tensile loading.Acoupled thermo-mechanical model is developedvia theoretical analysis experimental validation to quantitatively assess the influence convective heat transfer on surface strain measurement accuracy.Furthermore,an Abbe error compensation mechanism is implemented to effectively mitigate nonlinear measurement erors induced bymicroscale bending during loading.A comprehensive uncertainty analysis is conducted to evaluate both stard uncertainty components the overall measurement uncertainty.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed calibration device reduces the uncertainty in stard strain field measurements to the range 1.9% to 0.83% ,fering a critical advancement toward establishing a traceable calibration framework for DIC-based strain measurement systems.

數字圖像相關法(digital image correlation method,DIC)是一種光學非接觸式測量物體應變場的圖像分析方法[1-2],是基于雙目視覺原理以被測對象的光學散斑圖像為信息載體,通過處理變形前后的散斑圖像直接獲取全場位移和應變分布的系統。數字圖像相關技術測量簡單、對測量環境要求不高,自被提出以來得到了快速的發展和普及,廣泛使用于航空航天、土木工程、材料科學等領域[34]。通過數字圖像相關法測量透明件的全場位移,再利用光彈原理得到透明材料的轉角場,又發展出了一種基于物體表面散斑圖像灰度分析來獲得物體變形特征量的數字梯度敏感法(digital gradient sensing method,DGS)[5]。
數字圖像相關法作為力學理論和有限元分析的一種有效試驗驗證手段,具備高分辨力的位移或應變測量能力,但其測量結果的量值準確性與溯源性,還缺乏系統性的校準方法和溯源體系。目前,國內擁有超過300套基于數字圖像相關法的應變場測量系統,但都缺乏必要的校準和定標,不能滿足中國計量法制性的要求。且該設備的國內擁有量仍以每年30~50套的速度增長,但由于缺乏校準和定標,常只能用于趨勢性分析,很大程度上限制了該設備的工作效率和應用場景,目前其測量結果無法溯源至中國國家基準。
雖然數字圖像相關法提出時間較早,但是直到2006年才有學者關注該設備的校準技術的研究。數字圖像相關技術的測量精度,受計算效率、相關性算法、位移表征模式、材料表面散斑質量、數字散斑成像失真、透視誤差與離面位移、2個數字相機的同步誤差、環境等多方面因素影響。……
