The Implementation Path of Collaborative Development between Vocational College Professional Groups and Industrial Colleges under the Direction of New Quality Productivity

Abstract:Thecontinuous breakthroughsinnewproductivitytechnologies—ledbyartificial inteligence,bigdataandthe interetofthings—havedriventheindustrialtransformationofdigitaltransformationandintellgentupgrading,givingisetoalarge numberof emerging positions and new capability demands.Asan importantcarierforenhancingtheconnotation of vocational colegesandempoweringitsnewqualityproductivityprofesional groupshaveaninherentlogicanddevelopmentdemadfor collaborativedevelopment,oonstructionandsaringithindustrialcogsasanetypeoforgazationintegatingiustrynd education.Undertediretionofnalityproductivityprofessonalroupsndidustralcollgeshaveacoaboativelogicin termsoftarget-driven industrialchaidemand,dual-subjectcollborativeeducationross-borderresourceexchangeandaring, anddiversifidgoverane.Itisnecessarytopromotethetrasformationofprofessional groupsandindustrialcoegesfromloose cooperationtodeepcollaborationthroughemanddriventop-leveldesign,innovativemodelsofdalsubjectcollborativeeducation, platformempowermentofresource sharing,and improvementof diversifiedcollaborative governance guarant system.Ultimately, this wllachievethe“two-wayembedding”and“valuesymbiosis”of theeducation chainand industrialchain,and provide sustainable technical and skilled talent support for the development of new quality productivity.

習近平總書記強調,要加快形成新質生產力。新質生產力是由技術革命性突破、生產要素創新性配置、產業深度轉型升級催生的先進生產力質態,代表先進生產力的自標方向,為我國產業轉型升級和高質量發展提供指引。《教育強國建設規劃綱要(2024—2035)》明確指出要建設“產教融合的職業教育體系”。為貫徹落實國家職教改革的決策部署,高職教育作為培養高素質技能型人才、支撐產業升級、促進經濟社會發展的重要陣地,面臨著如何適應產業升級和技術革命性突破的迫切需求。當前,以人工智能、大數據、物聯網為代表的新質生產力技術不斷突破,推動數字化轉型和智能化升級的產業變革,催生了大量新興崗位和新能力需求,例如數字化技能、跨學科協作能力以及工業互聯網運維能力等,對高職專業群建設提出了新的挑戰,要求專業群在課程體系、師資隊伍、實訓條件等方面進行重組和優化,以培養符合產業需求的高素質技術技能人才。然而,高職院校的專業群建設往往滯后于產業需求的變化,亟須構建與產業學院協同發展的創新機制。
已有研究表明,高職教育與產業需求的協同發展是提升職業教育適應性有效服務區域經濟社會發展的關鍵路徑。專業群建設作為職業教育與產業對接的重要紐帶,需要在新質生產力發展的背景下更新理念、調整原則和升級目標,搭建適應新質生產力發展和職業素養要求的專業群核心內容2。……
