桑芩止咳湯聯合定喘湯加減治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病的 臨床效果及對肺功能的影響

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pul-monarydisease）是臨床常見的呼吸系統疾病，主要以氣道受限為特點，嚴重影響患者的健康安全。慢性阻塞性肺疾病發病機制復雜，且病情呈進行性進展，如果不及時有效治療，可能會造成氣道組織重構，嚴重時甚至會威脅患者生命安全。臨床常規給予抗感染、抗炎等治療，雖然可一定程度改善臨床癥狀，但是無法及時有效預防氣道重塑3。而在中醫學中，慢性阻塞性肺疾病屬于“肺脹\"“痰飲\"等范疇，從發病機制入手，通過辨證論治可實現標本兼治的目的4。定喘湯具有清熱化痰、宣肺解表功效，符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病治療原則5。桑芩止咳湯由桑白皮湯化裁而來，具有宣肺降氣、化痰止咳的功效。從理論基礎上分析，以上兩種湯劑聯合應用，可實現優勢互補，促進臨床治療效果的提升。本研究結合2023年5月-2024年5月縣中醫醫院診治的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者臨床資料，觀察桑芩止咳湯聯合定喘湯加減治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病的臨床效果及對肺功能的影響，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料選取2023年5月-2024年5月縣中醫醫院診治的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者為研究對象，采用隨機數字表法分為對照組和研究組，各組39例。對照組男20例，女19例；年齡40＼～74歲，平均年齡（ 66.23±3.21 ）歲。觀察組男21例，女18例；年齡42＼～75歲，平均年齡（ 66.45±3.13 0歲。兩組性別、年齡比較，差異無統計學意義（ Pgt;0.05 ，可進行對比。本研究納入患者及其家屬均自愿參加，并簽署知情同意書。
