







摘"要:本文闡述了索拉半人馬40型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)排煙管故障判斷與處理的基本方法和步驟,并以典型的實(shí)際故障的排除過程予以分析和總結(jié)。通過研究表明,直接原因是排煙管膨脹節(jié)延伸段四周受熱不均,導(dǎo)致膨脹節(jié)延伸段熱應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)破裂。間接原因有兩個(gè)方面:一方面是泄放閥的控制電磁閥關(guān)閉不嚴(yán),導(dǎo)致壓氣機(jī)出口PCD壓力下降,泄放閥關(guān)閉不嚴(yán),部分壓縮機(jī)空氣氣流直接通過泄放閥BV排至排煙管膨脹節(jié)延伸段。另一方面是泄放閥的控制電磁閥執(zhí)行命令與機(jī)組運(yùn)行需求不一致,導(dǎo)致泄放閥在機(jī)組正常帶載時(shí)候打開,壓縮機(jī)空氣氣流直接通過泄放閥BV排至排煙管膨脹節(jié)延伸段。

Abstract:This"paper"outlines"the"basic"methods"and"steps"for"diagnosing"and"handling"exhaust"pipe"failures"in"the"Solara"Centaur"40"gas"turbine,"and"analyzes"and"summarizes"the"process"of"troubleshooting"a"typical"actual"failure.The"study"shows"that"the"direct"cause"is"uneven"heating"around"the"expansion"joint"extension,leading"to"thermal"stress"rupture.There"are"two"indirect"causes:one"is"the"poor"closure"of"the"control"solenoid"valve"on"the"relief"valve,resulting"in"a"decrease"in"PCD"pressure"at"the"compressor"outlet"and"poor"closure"of"the"relief"valve,allowing"some"of"the"compressor"air"flow"to"directly"pass"through"the"relief"valve"BV"into"the"exhaust"pipe"expansion"joint"extension.The"other"is"that"the"command"from"the"control"solenoid"valve"on"the"relief"valve"does"not"match"the"operational"requirements"of"the"unit,causing"the"relief"valve"to"open"during"normal"load"operation,allowing"some"of"the"compressor"air"flow"to"directly"pass"through"the"relief"valve"BV"into"the"exhaust"pipe"expansion"joint"extension.
