記者3月14日從公安部獲悉，隨著近日多架中國民航包機分別降落在江蘇南京和上海浦東國際機場，又有2255名緬甸妙瓦底地區的中國籍涉詐犯罪嫌疑人被我公安機關經泰國押解回國。自2月20日中緬泰聯合開展緬甸妙瓦底地區涉詐犯罪嫌疑人遣返押解工作以來，共有2876名中國籍涉詐犯罪嫌疑人被押解回國。（來源：新華社）■

2，876 fraud suspects repatriated from Myanmar to China

BEIJING， March 14 （Xinhua） -- A total of 2，876 Chinese telecom fraud suspects have been repatriated from Myawaddy in Myanmar to China following a joint crackdown launched by China， Myanmar and Thailand， the Ministry of Public Security said on Friday.

Aboard chartered flights， 2，255 additional suspects were recently repatriated to China under the escort of Chinese police， according to the ministry.

This mass repatriation marks a significant achievement in the joint operation between China， Myanmar and Thailand that was launched on Feb. 20， and is a powerful deterrent to foreign criminal gangs， the ministry said.

The ministry pledged to redouble its efforts to deepen international law enforcement cooperation and intensify the crackdown on telecom fraud to protect the safety and property of Chinese citizens.（Source：Xinhua）■

2月28日，中國和緬甸、泰國有關部門在泰國曼谷召開聯合打擊跨國電信網絡詐騙犯罪部級協調會議，就進一步聯合打擊跨國電信網絡詐騙犯罪問題深入交換意見并取得一系列共識。

會議指出，當前跨國電信網絡詐騙犯罪形勢嚴峻，極大危害區域經濟發展和社會穩定，嚴重侵害各國公民合法權益。中緬泰有關部門要進一步深化國際執法合作，加大打擊力度，積極有效應對此類犯罪高發態勢，最大限度壓縮犯罪團伙生存空間，共同鏟除毒瘤，堅決保護各國公民人身財產安全。

會議強調，此次會議是中緬泰共同打擊跨國電信網絡詐騙犯罪執法合作重要階段性成果。三方要深入落實聯合打擊電信網絡詐騙犯罪的共識，建立常態化協調機制，加強信息共享，持續開展遣返工作并完善流程，不斷提升打擊質效，同時加強與其他國家執法合作，共同維護地區和平安寧。

China， Myanmar， Thailand Reaffirm Commitment to Combat Transnational Telecom Fraud

BANGKOK， March 3 （Xinhua） -- Relevant departments from China， Myanmar and Thailand recently held a ministerial coordination meeting here on jointly combating transnational telecom fraud crimes. They engaged in in-depth exchanges and reached a series of consensuses on strengthening cooperation.

The meeting highlighted the severe situation posed by transnational telecom fraud crimes， which seriously harm regional economic development and social stability while infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens of all countries.

Relevant departments in the countries are urged to further deepen international law enforcement cooperation， intensify crackdown efforts， effectively respond to the high incidence of such crimes， minimize the space in which criminal groups can operate， jointly eliminate these criminal networks and resolutely protect the safety and property of their citizens.

The three parties will thoroughly implement the consensus of jointly cracking down on telecom fraud crimes by establishing a regular coordination mechanism， enhancing information sharing， conducting repatriation work and improving the procedures， and continuously increasing their combating efficiency.

Furthermore， the three nations aim to strengthen law enforcement collaboration with other countries to jointly safeguard regional peace and security.

新華社北京2月27日電（記者 熊豐）記者從公安部獲悉，40名中國籍偷渡人員27日從泰國被遣返回國。此次遣返依據中泰兩國法律、國際法和國際慣例進行，是雙方依法合作打擊偷渡等跨境違法犯罪、切實保護中國公民合法權益的具體舉措。

公安部高度重視此次遣返工作，本著依法保護中國公民合法權益和相互尊重、平等協商的原則，在中國駐泰使館大力協助下，持續加強同泰有關部門溝通合作。泰相關執法部門將40名中國籍偷渡人員遣返回中國，被遣返人員各項合法權利在遣返過程中均依法得到充分保障。中國公安機關落實嚴格規范公正文明執法要求，對相關人員依法處理、妥善安置，幫助其早日回歸正常生活。

40 Chinese nationals repatriated from Thailand in joint crackdown on illegal immigration

BEIJING， Feb. 27 （Xinhua） -- Forty Chinese nationals involved in illegal immigration were repatriated from Thailand on Thursday in a coordinated effort to combat cross-border crime and safeguard the legitimate rights of Chinese citizens， according to China's Ministry of Public Security （MPS）.
