










摘" 要: 煤礦井下通信的準確性與穩定性在緊急救援中至關重要。目前煤礦井下通信系統的定位精度不高,為解決這一問題,文中提出基于改進在線順序超限學習機算法的煤礦緊急救援通信系統,并進行相應的仿真實驗。結果顯示,基于改進在線順序超限學習機算法構建的煤礦緊急救援通信系統在實驗1與實驗2中的丟包率中位數分別為1.7×10-4與1.4×10-4,明顯低于其他對比算法構建的通信系統。在實驗1與實驗2中,改進在線順序超限學習機算法、EfficientNet算法、在線順序超限學習機算法、超限學習機算法的定位精度分別為96.8%、83.8%、76.4%、71.0%與95.9%、82.5%、75.8%、70.4%。可見改進OSELM算法在定位精度方面表現優越,基于該算法構建出的煤礦礦井緊急救援通信系統通信質量也更高。實驗數據證明,該研究為煤礦緊急救援通信系統提供了一種高效且穩定的方法,為實際應用中的問題提供了有效的解決策略。

Research on coal mine emergency rescue communication system
based on improved OSELM algorithm

Abstract: The accuracy and stability of underground communication in coal mine is crucial in emergency rescue. At present, the positioning accuracy of underground communication system in coal mine is poor. Therefore, a coal mine emergency rescue communication system based on an improved online sequential extreme learning machine (OSELM) algorithm is proposed, and corresponding simulation experiments are conducted. The results show that the median packet loss rate of the coal mine emergency rescue communication system constructed on the basis of the improved OSELM algorithm in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 is 1.7×10-4 and 1.4×10-4, respectively. Its median packet loss rate is significantly lower than those of the communication systems based on the other comparative algorithms. The positioning accuracy of the improved OSELM algorithm, EfficientNet algorithm, OSELM algorithm and ELM algorithm are 96.8%, 83.8%, 76.4% and 71.0%, respectively, in Experiment 1 and 95.9%, 82.5%, 75.8% and 70.4%, respectively, in Experiment 2. It can be seen that the improved OSELM algorithm is superior in terms of positioning accuracy, and the communication quality of the coal mine emergency rescue communication system based on this algorithm is also higher. Experimental data prove that the study provides an efficient and stable method for the coal mine emergency rescue communication system, and an effective solution strategy for practical problems.
