護士妊娠期工作體驗的Meta整合

摘要" 目的：系統(tǒng)評價護士在妊娠期的工作體驗。方法：檢索中國知網(wǎng)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、EMbase、Google Scholar、ProQuest、PsyINFO、the Cochrane Library等國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)站及數(shù)據(jù)庫，檢索時限從建庫至2023年8月，2名研究者獨立進行文獻篩選、資料提取與質(zhì)量評價，匯集性整合有關(guān)妊娠期護士工作體驗的質(zhì)性研究結(jié)果。結(jié)果：共納入15篇文獻，提煉100個結(jié)果，歸納為10個類別，合成3個整合結(jié)果，包括職業(yè)安全感缺乏、復(fù)雜的情感體驗、角色適應(yīng)與成長。結(jié)論：護士妊娠期間工作體驗與內(nèi)心感受復(fù)雜，家庭、社會及醫(yī)院層面應(yīng)給予足夠的關(guān)注與支持，制定保護性政策以幫助護理人員成長。

Abstract" Objective：To systematically evaluate the work experience of nurses during pregnancy.Methods：Databases and website such as CNKI，VIP，WanFang Database，CBM，PubMed，Web of Science，CINAHL，EMbase，Google Scholar，ProQuest，PsyINFO，and the Cochrane Library were searched and the timeframe was from construction to August 2023，Two researchers independently conducted literature screening，data extraction and quality evaluation，and collected and integrated the qualitative research results on the work experience of pregnant nurses.Results：15 articles were included to distill 100 outcomes，which were grouped into 10 categories and synthesized into 3 integrated outcomes：lack of job security，complex emotional experiences，and role adaptation and growth.Conclusion：Nurses′work experience and feelings during pregnancy are complex，and sufficient attention and support should be given at the family，social and hospital levels，and protective policies should be formulated to help to grow.

護理職業(yè)的工作特征可能危害妊娠護士的孕期安全。一項薈萃分析結(jié)果顯示，護士妊娠期高血壓、先兆子癇、早產(chǎn)等與孕期過度勞動顯著相關(guān)［1］，不規(guī)律的輪班、工作任務(wù)煩瑣、工作時間長、經(jīng)常站立奔跑、提舉重物、職業(yè)壓力大等加劇了妊娠護士的身體疲勞與心理負擔(dān)，進一步影響了護士的職業(yè)生活質(zhì)量［2］。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對護士妊娠期間工作感受的質(zhì)性研究逐漸增多，然而，單一的質(zhì)性研究結(jié)果具有一定的局限性。本研究采用質(zhì)性研究的Meta整合方法對相關(guān)研究進行匯聚性整合分析，為更全面詮釋護士妊娠期工作體驗與感受、促進一線護士人文關(guān)懷、改善護理實踐環(huán)境提供依據(jù)。
