數字經濟與旅游經濟的耦合協調發展研究

摘 要：以長三角地區41市為研究對象，基于2011-2020年的市級面板數據，以熵值法計算相應地市的數字經濟與旅游經濟發展水平，通過耦合協調度模型研究二者耦合協調發展的時空分異特征，并利用障礙度模型探討耦合系統協調發展的主要影響因素。結果表明：①長三角地區各地市兩系統發展及綜合評價指數除個別年份下降外，總體呈上升趨勢；②研究期間，長三角地區數字經濟與旅游經濟的耦合協調度總體向好發展；③2011年、2014年、2017年和2020年截面數據表明，長三角地區各地市耦合協調度經歷了失調衰退階段-過渡階段-協調提升階段；④主要障礙因子為每百人國際互聯網用戶數、每百人移動電話用戶數、國際旅游收入和國內旅游收入。最后，基于研究結論對如何進一步促進數字經濟與旅游經濟的協同發展提出建議。

英文摘要Abstract： Taking 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object，based on the municipal panel data from 2011 to 2020，the entropy method was used to calculate the economic development level of the digital economy and tourism economy of the corresponding cities，and the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of the two cities were studied through the coupling coordination degree model，and the main influencing factors of the coordinated development of the coupling system were discussed by using the obstacle degree model.The results show that：The development and comprehensive evaluation index of municipal and municipal systems in the Yangtze River Delta region show an overall upward trend except for a few years；During the study period，the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and tourism economy in the Yangtze River Delta region generally developed well；The cross-sectional data of 2011，2014，2017 and 2020 show that the coupling coordination degree of cities in the Yangtze River Delta region has experienced a stage of imbalance decline-transition-stage-coordination improvement stage；The main obstacle factors are the number of Internet users per 100 people，the number of mobile phone users per 100 people，international tourism revenue and domestic tourism income.Finally，based on the research conclusions，suggestions are put forward to further promote the coordinated development of digital economy and tourism economy.

0 引言

黨的二十大報告指出，“建設數字中國，加速發展數字經濟”。建設數字中國是數字時代推進中國式現代化的重要引擎[1]。截至2022年底，我國數字經濟規模達50.2萬億元，總量穩居世界第二，同比增長10.3%，占國內生產總值的比重提升至41.5%[2]。國務院于2022年印發的《“十四五”數字經濟發展規劃》提出，“以數字技術與實體經濟深度融合為主線，加強數字基礎設施建設，協調推進數字產業化和產業數字化，培育新產業、新業態、新模式”。數字經濟與實體產業的融合發展已逐漸成為未來產業發展新趨勢。……
