摘要: 為了探究新型植物生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑二氫卟吩鐵(ICE6)對(duì)小麥生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和產(chǎn)量的影響,本研究以揚(yáng)麥25和鎮(zhèn)麥12號(hào)為試驗(yàn)材料,設(shè)置4個(gè)不同播期[2020年11月3日(播期Ⅰ)、2020年11月8日(播期Ⅱ)、2020年11月13日(播期Ⅲ)、2020年11月18日(播期Ⅳ)],以0.02%二氫卟吩鐵可溶性粉劑拌種,并在小麥破口前7 d和抽穗揚(yáng)花期用0.02%二氫卟吩鐵可溶性粉劑5 000倍液葉面噴施,調(diào)查分析4個(gè)播期小麥生育期、田間農(nóng)藝性狀、產(chǎn)量及其構(gòu)成要素、SPAD值以及花后灌漿速率。結(jié)果表明,與對(duì)照(CK)相比,經(jīng)過(guò)0.02%二氫卟吩鐵可溶性粉劑處理后,2個(gè)小麥品種第Ⅰ播期和第Ⅱ播期處理基本苗和越冬苗顯著增加,第Ⅰ播期處理株高顯著降低,第Ⅰ播期處理第2節(jié)間和第Ⅳ播期處理總節(jié)間長(zhǎng)度顯著縮短;揚(yáng)麥25第Ⅱ播期處理、鎮(zhèn)麥12號(hào)第Ⅰ播期處理小麥抽穗期葉綠素含量顯著提高,延緩了葉片的衰老,為籽粒灌漿提供了充足的光合產(chǎn)物,進(jìn)而提高單位面積小麥產(chǎn)量。

Effects of iron chlorine e6 on yield and growth characteristics of wheat at different sowing dates

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of the new plant growth regulator iron chlorine e6 (ICE6) on the growth and yield of wheat, this study used Yangmai 25 and Zhenmai 12 as experimental materials. Four different sowing dates of November 3, 2020 (sowing date Ⅰ), November 8, 2020 (sowing date Ⅱ), November 13, 2020 (sowing date Ⅲ), November 18, 2020 (sowing date Ⅳ) were set, and 0.02% iron chlorine e6 soluble powder was used for seed dressing. In the period of seven days before the break of wheat and heading and flowering stage, 5 000 times solution of 0.02% iron chlorine e6 soluble powder was sprayed on the leaves of wheat. The growth period, field agronomic traits, yield and its components, SPAD value and post-anthesis grain filling rate of wheat under four sowing date treatments were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that compared with the control (CK), the number of basic seedlings and overwintering seedlings of the two wheat varieties increased significantly in the first and second sowing dates under the treatment of 0.02% iron chlorine e6 soluble powder, the plant height in the first sowing date treatment decreased significantly, and the length of the second internode in the first sowing date treatment and the total internode length in the fourth sowing date treatment were significantly shortened. The chlorophyll content of Yangmai 25 at heading stage under the second sowing date treatment and Zhenmai 12 at heading stage under the first sowing date treatment was significantly increased, which delayed the senescence of leaves and provided sufficient photosynthetic products for grain filling, thereby increasing the yield of wheat per unit area.

小麥?zhǔn)侵袊?guó)重要的糧食作物之一,種植面積和總產(chǎn)量均居中國(guó)糧食作物第2位,維持小麥種植規(guī)模和產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)定對(duì)保障中國(guó)糧食安全有著重要作用[1]。近年來(lái),小麥種植面積不斷減少,而市場(chǎng)對(duì)小麥的需求量卻在不斷上升[2]??v觀全球小麥生產(chǎn)情況也不容樂(lè)觀,據(jù)估計(jì),未來(lái)全球小麥產(chǎn)量必須以每年1%的速度增長(zhǎng)才能滿足氣候變化等一系列風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)[3],因此提高小麥產(chǎn)量刻不容緩?!?br>
