








摘" 要:檢查庫是動車運(yùn)用所內(nèi)承擔(dān)配屬動車組的一級修以及部分二級修任務(wù)的庫房。該文從規(guī)范出發(fā),首先介紹常規(guī)檢查庫長度計(jì)算方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合不同場景的工程實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),比如全自動運(yùn)行技術(shù)以及上蓋開發(fā),對動車運(yùn)用所的檢查庫的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的深化和拓展,從而完善適應(yīng)動車組檢修工藝的檢查庫尺寸參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法。

Abstract: The inspection warehouse is a warehouse within the EMU operation depot that undertakes the first level maintenance and some second level maintenance tasks of the assigned EMU units. Starting with the standard, this paper first introduces the calculation method for the length of conventional inspection warehouses. Thus, based on practical engineering experience in different scenarios, such as fully automatic operation technology and upper cover development, the design and calculation method for inspection libraries used in EMUs is further deepened and expanded, in order to improve the calculation method for inspection warehouses' size parameters, soas to adapt to the maintenance process of EMUs.

隨著中國高速鐵路技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的民眾享受到了高速動車組提供的高效、便捷的出行體驗(yàn)。截至2023年底,我國高速鐵路總里程已經(jīng)達(dá)到4.5萬km,每天飛馳著3 000多組的動車組。動車運(yùn)用所作為承擔(dān)其停放、運(yùn)用維護(hù)的重要機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。作為動車運(yùn)用所的核心建筑,檢查庫往往扮演著重要的角色。
王曉劍[1]通過介紹動車組檢查庫工藝需求,對不同檢查庫作業(yè)平臺布置形式進(jìn)行了分析,并針對優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較。韓永軍[2]從鋼結(jié)構(gòu)平臺、檢查地溝、地下綜合管溝等方面介紹了武漢動車段檢查庫設(shè)計(jì)思路,著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了其采用的新工藝和新設(shè)備。李雁貴[3]針對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化動車檢查庫設(shè)備安裝問題,提出了合理的建議。桑翠江[4]根據(jù)動車組運(yùn)用檢修需求,結(jié)合國內(nèi)成熟的動車所建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對檢查庫及邊跨、臨修及不落輪鏇庫、洗車庫等設(shè)施提出了合理的設(shè)計(jì)建議,同時(shí)介紹了檢查地溝、三層作業(yè)平臺、軌道橋等設(shè)備的配置經(jīng)驗(yàn)?!?br>
