





摘" 要:該文探究火電廠燃料全自動監管系統的設計方案,重點分析燃料入廠驗收監管子系統、數字化煤場子系統、視頻監控子系統和門禁子系統的設計要點。燃料入廠驗收監管子系統可以實現車輛入廠、排隊、驗票和出票等全過程的監管,在此基礎上完成車輛的智能調度;數字化煤場子系統可自動采集獲取入廠煤和入爐煤數據,并將數據處理結果以三維煤場管控圖形的方式進行直觀呈現,為煤場的轉運煤管理、進耗存管理、計劃量管理等提供依據;視頻監控子系統可以實時呈現火電廠重要場所的監控畫面;門禁子系統能夠防止非法進入。通過設計燃料全自動監管系統,使火電廠管理達到降本增效、直觀呈現等效果。

Abstract: This paper explores the design scheme of fuel automatic supervision system in thermal power plant, and focuses on the design points of fuel acceptance supervision subsystem, digital coal yard subsystem, video surveillance subsystem and access control subsystem. The fuel acceptance supervision subsystem can realize the supervision of the whole process of vehicle entry, queuing, ticket checking and ticket exit, and on this basis, the intelligent dispatching of vehicles can be completed; the digital coal yard subsystem can automatically collect and obtain the data of incoming coal and coal into the boiler, and the data processing results are presented intuitively in the way of 3D coal yard management and control graphics, which provides a basis for coal yard transfer coal management, storage management and planned quantity management. The video surveillance subsystem can present the monitoring pictures of the important places of the thermal power plant in real time, and the access control subsystem can prevent illegal entry. Through the design of automatic fuel supervision system, the management of thermal power plant has achieved the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency, intuitive presentation and so on.

在火電廠積極推進節能、降本、提質的改革背景下,如何進一步控制燃料成本成為重要研究課題。落實精細化管理理念,融合運用大數據、云計算等信息技術,構建燃料全自動監管系統,將燃料的采購、入廠、過磅、采樣、制樣和化驗等流程全部納入監管范疇。一方面能夠最大程度減少人為因素干擾導致燃料浪費或者供應不足等問題的發生,另一方面也能以監控視頻為證據,及時發現問題并分析問題成因、找出管理漏洞,從而提出對策,實現燃煤管理水平的進一步提升。
