




摘" 要:液流電池系統(tǒng)管道材質的選擇具有特殊性,需要考慮耐腐蝕性,運行溫度的影響。該文通過對耐腐蝕金屬材質及非金屬材質進行詳細的物性說明,分析液流電池系統(tǒng)可用的管道材質。并通過數(shù)據(jù)對比進口PPH材質與國產(chǎn)PPH材質的差別。通過對比分析認為,金屬材質暫不適用于液流電池,高分子材質中PPH材質為性價比較高,性能優(yōu)良的可選材質,其中進口PPH的性能略優(yōu)于國產(chǎn)PPH,但在90 ℃時性能差別不大。該文為液流電池管道材質選擇提供參考性說明。

Abstract: The selection of pipeline material in liquid flow battery system has particularity, and the effects of corrosion resistance and operating temperature need to be considered. In this paper, through the detailed description of the physical properties of corrosion-resistant metal and non-metallic materials, the available pipeline materials of liquid flow battery system are analyzed. And through the data to compare the difference between imported PPH material and domestic PPH material. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that metal material is not suitable for liquid flow battery for the time being, and PPH material in polymer material is an optional material with high performance and good performance, in which the performance of imported PPH is slightly better than that of domestic PPH, but there is little difference at 90 ℃. This paper provides a reference description for the material selection of liquid flow battery pipe.

液流電池具有高安全性、循環(huán)壽命長、設計靈活等突出優(yōu)勢,功率模塊與容量模塊分離,是長時儲能的首選儲能方式。液流電池儲能系統(tǒng)電解液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)包含電池堆、電解液儲罐、電解液循環(huán)泵、管道管件和測量儀表等設備。其中使用的管道管件為電解液輸送系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。其材質選擇的對液流電池系統(tǒng)長期、穩(wěn)定、安全運行具有重要意義,因此根據(jù)液流電池系統(tǒng)電解液的物理特性對管道材質進行研究選擇至關重要。文章就電解液輸送管道材質選擇進行探討論證。
液流電池為新能源領域新興起的行業(yè),國內(nèi)外對管道材質研究并不多。液流電池采用鹽酸或硫酸溶液,其特性與鹽酸或硫酸相近。范瑞成等[1]針對耐鹽酸腐蝕的金屬材質進行了研究,但在儲能系統(tǒng)上,金屬材質需要謹慎采用。王紹亮[2]對電解液進行了介紹,但主要是針對電解液的理化性能進行研究,未提到對管道材質的要求。……
