摘 要:文章運用問卷調查和訪談相結合的研究方法,面向安徽審計職業學院112名物業管理專業學生和10名專業教師進行調研。研究論證了數字素養與高職院校大學生就業之間的正向帶動作用,發現高職院校在數字素養培養方面存在課程體系不夠完善、信息獲取和利用技能培養乏力、創新創業能力培養不足等問題,提出高職院校圖書館可通過聚焦數字素養課程體系建設、聚焦就業信息獲取和篩選、聚焦實習指導和就業服務、聚焦創新創業文化培育,更好地幫助高職院校大學生好就業、就好業。

A Study on Digital Literacy Training Strategies for Employment among Vocational College Students
Abstract This paper employs a research approach combining questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate 112 property management students and 10 professional teachers at Anhui Audit College. The study validates the positive impact of digital literacy on the employment of vocational college students and identifies challenges such as incomplete curriculum systems, inadequate development of information acquisition and utilization skills, and a lack of emphasis on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. The paper suggests that vocational college libraries can enhance employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for students by focusing on areas such as digital literacy curriculum development, employment-related information gathering and assessment, internship guidance, employment services, and strategies for nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship culture.

1 引言
職業教育是與普通教育同等重要的教育類型,是國民教育體系和人力資源開發的重要組成部分,是培養多樣化人才、傳承技術技能、促進就業創業的重要途徑。黨和國家高度重視職業教育,習近平總書記關于職業教育的重要指示批示精神指引著職業教育的發展。就業是民生之本,發展職業教育,必然要關注職業教育學生的就業問題。高職院校大學生受學歷、綜合素養等方面的限制,在就業市場上相較本科學生而言往往處于弱勢地位,亟待通過綜合素養的提升來扭轉現有弱勢。高職院校大學生求職過程中的就業信息查找、就業信息甄別、入職后工作開展、專升本規劃和考取,均離不開數字素養的有效培養和提升。高職院校圖書館作為信息素養教育的重要機構,在高職院校大學生數字素養和就業能力提升中自當有所作為。……
