Abstract: This paper first expounds the background and concept of digital handover, summarizes the release of relevant standards for digital handover at home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity and construction goals of implementing digital handover for nuclear power projects. Then, the overall strategy and work process for implementing digital handover of nuclear power projects are proposed, including formulating handover specifications, sorting handover data, developing handover platforms, establishing handover databases and application expansion. Finally, the overall technical plan for the digital handover of nuclear power projects is proposed, which includes the preliminary technical preparations that need to be carried out, determination of the scope and content of the handover, handover data governance, handover data quality management, and handover platform development.

隨著社會信息化、數(shù)字化程度的提高,越來越多的企業(yè)意識到,數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)與物理資產(chǎn)同等重要。對于核電工程和運(yùn)營而言,沒有核電工程設(shè)計和建造階段的數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)積累和繼承,業(yè)主方的日常生產(chǎn)活動將受到很大的影響和制約。因此,業(yè)主方在工程竣工或驗收時,如果能夠同步得到核電工程建設(shè)過程中產(chǎn)生的、與核電工程運(yùn)行管理密切相關(guān)的數(shù)字化成果,顯得尤為重要[1]。

1.1" 數(shù)字化移交概念
數(shù)字化移交是指按照既定的數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程,將核電工程建設(shè)過程中產(chǎn)生的、計算機(jī)能夠處理的、運(yùn)行維護(hù)所需要的數(shù)據(jù),通過數(shù)字化移交平臺,順利移交給業(yè)主方,為業(yè)主運(yùn)維管理、安全生產(chǎn)、應(yīng)急指揮和決策分析等提供數(shù)據(jù)保障。
目前乃至未來的核電工程數(shù)字化關(guān)注的重點在于:一是實現(xiàn)對數(shù)字資產(chǎn)的全周期智能化管理,即實現(xiàn)核電工程建設(shè)期多參與方的可視化云協(xié)同,建立統(tǒng)一的建設(shè)數(shù)字資產(chǎn)體系,加快信息的傳遞效率,提升數(shù)據(jù)互用性,確保數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量[2];……
