


摘 要:針對實訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的傳統(tǒng)實訓(xùn)操作臺功能滯后,嚴(yán)重影響實訓(xùn)效率等問題,設(shè)計出一種基于人工智能物聯(lián)網(wǎng)(AIoT)的智慧實訓(xùn)平臺,實現(xiàn)實訓(xùn)平臺可視化操作界面、即時互動評價機制及智能糾錯等功能,提升實訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)效率。為評價該平臺的使用效果,以動車組制動檢修實訓(xùn)為例,采用柯氏評估法,對使用智慧實訓(xùn)平臺實訓(xùn)情況進行調(diào)查評估。結(jié)果表明,相比于傳統(tǒng)實訓(xùn)平臺,學(xué)員對智慧實訓(xùn)平臺各項功能的滿意度更高,且智慧實訓(xùn)平臺可以提升實訓(xùn)效能。

Abstract: In view of the problems that the traditional training console functions lag behind in practical training teaching, which seriously affects practical training efficiency, a smart training platform based on the Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) has been designed to realize a visual operation interface and instant interactive evaluation of the practical training platform. Mechanism and intelligent error correction and other functions to improve the efficiency of practical training. In order to evaluate the use effect of the platform, taking EMU braking maintenance training as an example, the Kirkpatrick Model was used to investigate and evaluate the practical training situation using the smart training platform. The results show that compared with traditional practical training platforms, students are more satisfied with various functions of the smart practical training platform, and the smart practical training platform can improve practical training efficiency.

近10年,我國建成了世界最大的高速鐵路網(wǎng),全國鐵路營業(yè)里程由9.8萬km增加到15.9萬km[1]。鐵道車輛是鐵路運輸系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分,對鐵路運輸安全順暢運營有著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,提升檢修人員的工作效率與檢修水平,是確保鐵道車輛的安全運行必不可少的一環(huán)。以制動檢修實訓(xùn)教學(xué)為例,學(xué)生使用實訓(xùn)平臺進行模擬制動閥檢修作業(yè)。實訓(xùn)平臺作為實操的重要工具,承載著工具收納、提供操作平臺等多項功能,是確保學(xué)生掌握制動裝置構(gòu)造并且能進行良好維修的重要工具。
傳統(tǒng)實訓(xùn)平臺存在諸多局限,如缺乏高效的零件管理機制,導(dǎo)致實訓(xùn)環(huán)境中零件散亂無章,學(xué)生無法快速找到零件進行實訓(xùn),降低了學(xué)生實訓(xùn)的有效性。還因?qū)嵱?xùn)空間布局寬敞、桌位分散,而減弱教師對學(xué)生個體進度的關(guān)注度,限制即時反饋與指導(dǎo)的機會。……
