





摘 要:該文主要探究露天礦地線連接狀態實時監測及故障定位系統的設計要點,并對其故障檢測與定位功能的實現情況進行測試。該系統由用于收集數據的檢測監控裝置和用于分析數據的主監控裝置組成。系統采用PIC18F6620單片機作為主控芯片,當識別到地線連接狀態異常或者是開關柜閉鎖故障等特殊情況時,會進行聲光報警并在液晶顯示屏上提供故障相關信息,實現故障定位進而指導工作人員展開故障維修。從實驗效果來看,該系統對常見的電阻超限、斷路和短路等故障誤報率控制在5%以內,并且故障定位精度可以達到99%,為露天礦高壓供電系統的可靠與安全運行提供幫助。

Abstract: This paper mainly explores the design points of the system for real-time monitoring and fault location of ground wire connection status in open-pit mines, and tests the realization of its fault detection and location functions. The system consists of a detection and monitoring device for collecting data and a main monitoring device for analyzing data. The system uses PIC18F6620 MCU as the main control chip. When special circumstances such as abnormal ground connection status or switch cabinet locking failure are identified, it will provide sound and light alarm and provide fault-related information on the LCD screen to realize fault location. Then guide staff to carry out fault maintenance. Judging from the experimental results, the system controls the false alarm rate of common faults such as excessive resistance, open circuit and short circuit within 5%, and the fault location accuracy can reach 99%, providing the reliable and safe operation of the open-pit mine high-voltage power supply system.

勝利露天礦在開采過程中通過移動變電站向采煤機、輸送機等提供高壓電,部分大型設備的外殼無法就近與地面連接,必須要利用電纜中的地線將設備外殼與移動變電站的地線連接,實現大型設備的間接接地。由于現場作業環境復雜,加上設備需要頻繁移動,經常會出現地線連接不良的情況,這種情況下觀察電纜外表難以發現故障,不利于故障的及時維修。基于此,設計一種可以對露天礦地線連接狀態實時監測,并且能夠在故障發生后進行故障定位的系統就顯得十分必要。
