

摘 要:針對后疫情時代大學(xué)生的情志問題,該文利用數(shù)字技術(shù)設(shè)計一款具有易用性和創(chuàng)新性的五行音樂調(diào)理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)大學(xué)生的心理狀況,推薦相應(yīng)的五行音樂進行調(diào)理,幫助大學(xué)生緩解焦慮、抑郁等情緒問題,提高身心健康水平。系統(tǒng)對學(xué)生存在的情志問題進行分類,設(shè)計4種與五行音樂相結(jié)合的沉浸式調(diào)理方式。其探討五行音樂在情志調(diào)節(jié)中的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用,突破傳統(tǒng)情志調(diào)節(jié)的時空局限性,有助于大學(xué)生走出情緒困境。

Abstract: In response to the emotional problems of college students in the post-epidemic era, this paper uses digital technology to design an easy-to-use and innovative Five-Element music conditioning system. The system can recommend corresponding Five-Element music for conditioning based on the psychological status of college students, helping college students relieve emotional problems such as anxiety and depression and improve their physical and mental health. The system classifies students' emotional problems and designs four immersive conditioning methods based onFive-Element music. It explores the innovative application of Five-Element music in emotional regulation, breaks through the temporal and spatial limitations of traditional emotional regulation, and helps college students get out of emotional difficulties.

五行音樂已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床治療和康復(fù),如五音療法與失眠[1]、五音療法與腫瘤[2]等。而心理學(xué)與康復(fù)領(lǐng)域,也是五行音樂理論被較多提及的應(yīng)用方向。疫情對高校大學(xué)生身體與心理上造成的創(chuàng)傷仍未康復(fù),如何及時高效地調(diào)理高校學(xué)生的情志狀況,成為了目前社會的痛點問題。針對大學(xué)生心理及情志問題的應(yīng)用仍需進一步探討。
大學(xué)生群體面臨的情志問題主要表現(xiàn)為學(xué)業(yè)就業(yè)壓力、情緒化焦慮與自我認同危機。一直以來,為大學(xué)生提供的心理情志疏解渠道存在一定局限性。一方面,傳統(tǒng)的心理情志療法往往采用標準化的干預(yù)措施,缺乏針對個體差異的個性化治療方案。另一方面,傳統(tǒng)的心理情志療法往往更注重短期效果的追求,忽視長期效果的維持。此外,傳統(tǒng)的心理情志療法往往需要進行線下干預(yù),受時間與空間的限制較大。……
