




摘 要:結合廣州市南沙區開展的污水提質增效工程經驗,針對現狀截流井,分析其存在的主要問題。該文提出如何科學優化截流井,使截流井既能發揮收集污水的作用,又能避免過多外水進入污水系統的優化思路,從而實現污水處理廠的提質增效。

Abstract: Based on the experience of sewage quality and efficiency improvement projects carried out in Nansha District, Guangzhou City, the main problems existing in the interception well are analyzed based on the current situation. This paper optimization ideas on how to scientifically optimize the interception well so that it can not only play a role in collecting sewage, but also prevent too much external water from entering the sewage system, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the sewage treatment plant.

近年來,隨著《國務院關于印發水污染防治行動計劃的通知》(國發〔2015〕17號)以及《廣東省打好污染防治攻堅戰三年行動計劃(2018—2020年)》的貫徹落實,廣東省吹響了污染防治攻堅戰的總攻號角,大力推進了生態文明的建設,加快了城鎮污水處理設施的建設與升級改造,加強了污水廠配套管網的建設,使污水管網覆蓋率大幅提高,河涌水系環境得到階段性改善,黑臭水體較大幅度減少。
由于城鎮全面實行雨污分流改造投資大,建設困難,難以短期內完成,部分城中村、老舊城區和鄉鎮的排水體制根據地域、氣候、城鎮經濟等條件因地制宜,仍以截流式合流制為主。截流式合流制因改造簡單、工期短、投資少和污水收集效果明顯等特點應用廣泛,其的建設是消除黑臭水體、改善水系環境問題的重要技術路線[1]。但截流式合流制中,合流管道不僅是污水的通道,也是雨水的通道,甚至可能是山水或其他水體的通道,最后通過截流井把合流水截流進入污水系統,因此截流式合流制也同樣存在明顯的短板,合流管混有大量外水,使污水水質、水量波動大,污水處理廠負荷大?!?br>
