

摘要 為增強職業教育適應性,以食品檢驗檢測技術專業為研究對象,以食品檢測新技術課程為例,對該課程職業能力培養及教學現狀進行分析。并對職業能力培養導向下的課程教學模式進行探討,包括教學目標(培養復合型技術技能人才)、教學核心(培養學生的職業能力)、教學內容(與職業崗位需求相適應)、教學方法(技能實訓與虛擬仿真相結合)和教學評價(與職業技能等級相匹配)。目的在于提升課程設置與食品行業需求的吻合度,提高學生的職業能力,培養復合型技術技能人才。

Analysis of teaching model of Food Testing New Technology course based on vocational ability training orientation

Abstract To enhance the adaptability of vocational education, the Food Inspection and Testing Technology major was taken as the research object, and the Food Testing New Technology course was taken as an example, the vocational ability training and teaching status of the course were analyzed, and the teaching model of the course was explored under the guidance of vocational ability training, including teaching objectives (cultivating composite technical skills talents), teaching core (cultivating students’ vocational abilities), teaching content (adapted to the needs of vocational positions), teaching methods (combining skill training with virtual simulation), and teaching evaluation (matched with vocational skill levels). The purpose was to improve the alignment between curriculum design and the needs of the food industry, enhance students’ vocational abilities, and cultivate versatile technical and skilled talents.

李通[1]研究認為,隨著高新技術的不斷發展,職業技術型人才的價值日益凸顯,并逐漸成為人才需求的主要傾向之一。周如俊[2]對增強職業教育適應性的路徑進行探討,認為在各行業呈穩健發展的良好態勢下,高校畢業生所具備的能力與企業需求適應性有待進一步提升;增強職業教育適應性,要把增強職業能力作為人才培養的出發點和落腳點。職業能力水平關系到學生的就業質量,食品檢驗檢測技術專業學生的職業能力可能會影響食品的生產、檢測、貯藏及新食品研發等行業的質量與水平。祁占勇等[3]研究認為,增強職業技術教育適應性是職業技術教育高質量發展的基本導向。韓飛[4]對大學生暑期“三下鄉”社會實踐活動進行分析,認為基層組織協同社會實踐可增強職業教育的適應性。……
