Deng Xiaoping's Excellent Use of Marxist Dialectics from the Critical Juncture of the CPC's History

Abstract：At the critical juncture of China's history after the crushing of the Gang of Four， Deng Xiaoping disapproved of the "Two Whatevers" and supported the Great Discussion on the Standard of Truth; he issued the manifesto for emancipation of thought and led the CPC to implement the three major transformations， which opened a new period of reform， opening up and socialist modernization. Deng Xiaoping presided over the formulation of the second historical resolution of the CPC， completing the rectification of the guiding ideology， and planned the 12th CPC Congress， declaring to take the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the critical juncture in history when we were faced with serious political turmoil and the Soviet Union's dramatic change which pose a serious challenge to our country， Deng Xiaoping supported the central leadership that stood on the right side of history， and unequivocally opposed the turmoil and defended socialism; the southern talks issued by Deng Xiaoping， like the treatment of the political turmoil of 1989， served as a pointer to set the course right. Deng Xiaoping's excellent use of dialectics at these two important critical junctures in the CPC's history fully demonstrated his strong political ideological qualities， which still inspire us to have a firm Marxist view of history， a broad view of the times with a broad perspective of the world， a broader view of the overall situation with a focus on the long-term stability of the Party and the country， and a people's view of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the general public.

Multidimensional Analysis of Strengthening Party

Discipline Education in the New Era

Abstract：Carrying out the party discipline education is an important measure for the the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core to strengthen discipline construction and further promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the CPC， and it is also an inherent requirement for improving the governance efficiency of the CPC and state supervision system. On the new journey of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization， carrying out the study and education of party discipline is of great significance for coordinating the "take into account both domestic and international imperatives" to deal with risks and challenges， promoting the great new project of strengthening the CPC， improving the self-reform of the CPC system norm system， and deeply understanding of the decisive significance of "two affirmations". The application and development of the theory of proletarian political parties， the fine tradition of the CPC's emphasis on discipline education， and the consolidation and sublimation of the CPC's construction experience in the new era constitute the basis for carrying out the education of party discipline theory， as well as the historical and practical path. To carry out party discipline education， efforts must be made to accurately grasp the main ideas and requirements of "party discipline mainly consists six discipline"， and to solidly promote the deepening and implementation of party discipline education; efforts must be made to apply systematic thinking， strengthen ideological guidance， stand at the forefront of the times， and strictly enforce disciplinary requirements， in order to effectively transform the achievements of party discipline education into the governance effectiveness of the party and state supervision system.

Inheritance Dilemma and Practical Approach of Red

Intangible Cultural Heritage of Long March in the Construction of Long March National Cultural Park

Abstract：

Red-themed intangible cultural heritage （referred to as "red intangible heritage"） is an organic combination of "red" thematic content and "intangible cultural heritage" manifestations. The red intangible cultural heritage of the Long March is an important type of red intangible cultural heritage， which witnesses the historical process of the Chinese Revolution from setback to victory， contains the great spirit of the Long March， and is an important cultural resource to support the construction of the Long March National Cultural Park. The red intangible cultural heritage of the Long March is characterized by diversity， liveliness， mass and integration， which are conducive to enriching the connotation and form of red resources， breaking through the temporal and spatial limitations of red resources， enhancing the dissemination effect of red resources， and broadening the transformation channels of red resources. The Long March red intangible cultural heritage has problems such as insufficient understanding， unclear bottom line， insufficient coordination and synergy， and relatively lagging in excavation and utilization. Establishing a sound management mechanism， launching a comprehensive census， encouraging thematic creation， and building regional brands are worth exploring the way of inheritance practice to make good use of the red intangible cultural heritage of the Long March， integrate into the construction of the Long March National Cultural Park， and build a protection and inheritance system of the red intangible cultural heritage of the Long March.
