






摘 要:加快實現(xiàn)碳減排目前已成為區(qū)域發(fā)展追求的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),現(xiàn)有研究主要聚焦于單個區(qū)域與碳排放之間的關(guān)系,卻較少關(guān)注多中心空間結(jié)構(gòu)對碳排放產(chǎn)生的影響。基于NPP/VIIRS夜間燈光數(shù)據(jù)對空間結(jié)構(gòu)進行測度,探尋多中心空間結(jié)構(gòu)對碳排放的影響效應(yīng)與作用機制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)多中心結(jié)構(gòu)有助于碳減排,在考慮工具變量等穩(wěn)健性檢驗后結(jié)論仍然成立;(2)從異質(zhì)性來看,多中心結(jié)構(gòu)的碳減排效應(yīng)在中小規(guī)模城市、內(nèi)陸地區(qū)以及普通城市效果更為明顯;(3)機制分析發(fā)現(xiàn),多中心空間結(jié)構(gòu)通過市場一體化以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化促進碳減排。研究結(jié)論在雙碳戰(zhàn)略下為我國未來城市發(fā)展模式提供了一定的經(jīng)驗啟示。

Polycentric Spatial Structure and Carbon Reduction

Abstract: Accelerating the realization of carbon emission reduction has become a strategic goal pursued by regional development, and existing research mainly focuses on the relationship between individual regions and carbon emissions, but pays less attention to the impact of polycentric spatial structure on carbon emissions. The spatial structure was measured based on NPP/VIIRS night light data, and the influence effect and mechanism of polycentric spatial structure on carbon emissions were explored.The results show that:(1)the polycentric structure contributes to carbon emission reduction, and the conclusion still holds after considering robustness tests such as instrumental variables;(2)from the perspective of heterogeneity, the carbon emission reduction effect of polycentric structure is more obvious in small and medium-sized cities, inland areas and ordinary cities;(3)the mechanism analysis shows that the polycentric spatial structure promotes carbon emission reduction through market integration and industrial structure rationalization. The research conclusion provides certain empirical enlightenment for China's future urban development model under the dual carbon strategy.

1 文獻綜述與理論假說
1.1 文獻綜述
目前,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究體現(xiàn)在以下兩個方面:一是城市內(nèi)部空間結(jié)構(gòu)對環(huán)境質(zhì)量的研究。秦蒙等(2016)發(fā)現(xiàn)城市蔓延會提高當(dāng)?shù)豍M2.5濃度,而李強和高楠(2016)則認(rèn)為城市蔓延不僅可以提高能源利用效率,還有助于降低城市環(huán)境污染。不同的是,梁昌一等(2021)發(fā)現(xiàn)緊湊型空間發(fā)展模式有助于降低霧霾污染濃度,且規(guī)模越小的城市,降霾效應(yīng)越顯著,Mouratidis(2019)也發(fā)現(xiàn)緊湊型城市形態(tài)有利于降低汽車尾氣排放和空氣污染水平。類似地,陸銘和馮皓(2014)指出集聚度提高有助于降低單位工業(yè)增加值的污染排放強度,而邵帥等(2019)則認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟集聚與碳排放強度及人均碳排放之間存在“倒N”型關(guān)系。……
