前幾天，小紅書上一名畢業(yè)后留濟(jì)工作的網(wǎng)友發(fā)的vlog引發(fā)不少人共鳴。她說自己畢業(yè)后入職濟(jì)南一家藥企，目前住在單位宿舍，外出使用人才卡乘坐公交地鐵，上班就在單位食堂吃飯，周末等節(jié)假日就打扮美美地出去下館子、看電影、逛街，假期去周邊城市旅游。目前，包括政府的人才補(bǔ)貼在內(nèi)，她每月收入9000元左右，工作半年就有了幾萬元的存款，未來想在濟(jì)南市碩士購房10萬元補(bǔ)貼資金支持下在濟(jì)南購房定居。她表示，在濟(jì)南，自己在花錢與攢錢之間找到了一種平衡，這種“人生有目標(biāo)，生活有希望”的節(jié)奏讓她感受到生活的意義。

這也反映出，人們選擇一座城市的核心出發(fā)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)從過往單一的“有錢賺”發(fā)展為“離家近、有錢賺、有生活”。數(shù)據(jù)也表明，濟(jì)南正以其“剛剛好”的節(jié)奏，吸引越來越多的人選擇這座城市。

今年3月，南方周末城市（區(qū)域）研究中心推出57城市民引力榜，觀察城市“引力”及其“留人”的親和度，其中濟(jì)南名列榜首，北京、上海、廣州、深圳分別位列第56、第55、第28和第20名。
