為展現(xiàn)電商人才的活力與風(fēng)采,推動(dòng)濟(jì)南直播電商行業(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展,“海右人才節(jié)”期間,首屆濟(jì)南青年人才直播電商技能大賽、第二屆濟(jì)南市鄉(xiāng)村振興人才直播電商技能大賽等一系列精品活動(dòng)在一片期待與熱忱中拉開(kāi)了帷幕。
來(lái)自各行各業(yè)的青年才俊齊聚一堂,電商主播們或風(fēng)趣幽默,或充滿激情,用各具特色的語(yǔ)言和表達(dá)方式,使出渾身解數(shù),全方位給直播間的觀眾展示著商品的魅力與獨(dú)特之處,妙語(yǔ)連珠、精彩不斷。
在濟(jì)南,還活躍著這樣一群新農(nóng)人主播。
他們搶抓發(fā)展新機(jī)遇,與直播電商平臺(tái)共舞,通過(guò)直播間為當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)產(chǎn)品打開(kāi)了賣(mài)到全國(guó)各地的新銷(xiāo)路,讓手機(jī)成為“新農(nóng)具”,數(shù)據(jù)成為“新農(nóng)資”,直播帶貨成為泉城“新農(nóng)活”。
第二屆濟(jì)南市鄉(xiāng)村振興人才直播電商技能大賽就是他們最好的舞臺(tái)。
參賽選手中,既有在濟(jì)南扎根多年、卓有成效的“鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)客”“土專(zhuān)家”,也有遠(yuǎn)在他鄉(xiāng)、情系家鄉(xiāng)的大學(xué)生、創(chuàng)業(yè)者,進(jìn)入決賽的選手中,“80后”“90后”占六成,更有5名“00后”。歷時(shí)27天,眾多選手通過(guò)抖音、快手、視頻號(hào)等直播平臺(tái),展示了作為“新農(nóng)人”的直播帶貨技巧以及對(duì)濟(jì)南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的理解。

“今天,我為家人們帶來(lái)的是來(lái)自平陰的玫瑰鮮花餅,想要嘗試一下玫瑰香的家人們,請(qǐng)把彈幕刷起來(lái)……”在桂花小哥呂星振的直播間內(nèi),熱情洋溢的直播吸引了不少網(wǎng)民的關(guān)注和點(diǎn)贊。
“作為一名新農(nóng)人,在參賽過(guò)程中,我實(shí)實(shí)在在地感受到了濟(jì)南農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的壯大,也感受到了濟(jì)南農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的豐富多樣和獨(dú)特魅力。通過(guò)參加這次大賽,希望在我們‘太平寶西瓜’的種植和銷(xiāo)售中,也能充分發(fā)揮電商直播的作用,把咱們濟(jì)南優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品推廣出去。”來(lái)自濟(jì)南新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換起步區(qū)的參賽選手秦翠萍說(shuō)。

Young talents from diverse fields converged, and live streaming hosts, with their varied styles - humorous or heartfelt - left no effort untried to showcase the allure and uniqueness of the products to the audience.
In Jinan, a vibrant group of new-age farmers who have embraced live streaming has emerged. Capitalizing on emerging opportunities, they thrive with live e-commerce platforms, utilizing their live streaming studios to carve out new markets for local agricultural products across the country. They have transformed smartphones into ‘new farming tools’, data into ‘new agricultural resources’, and live-streaming sales into the ‘new agricultural practice’ of the City of Springs.
The 2nd Jinan Rural Revitalization Talent Live E-commerce Skills Competition serves as the ideal platform. During over 27 days, numerous contestants demonstrated their skills as ‘new farmers’ in live-streaming sales and their deep understanding of Jinan’s agricultural products through live streaming platforms such as TikTok, Kwai, and WeChat channels.
