摘要 實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃作為林業(yè)科研基地之一,承載著人才培養(yǎng)、科技創(chuàng)新和成果轉(zhuǎn)化等重要任務(wù)。為提高實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃生產(chǎn)管理水平,本研究從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和資金投入、科研隊(duì)伍和研究方向、資源利用和生產(chǎn)管理3個(gè)方面對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出了以下策略:加強(qiáng)設(shè)施維護(hù),優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目配置;加大資金投入力度,提高使用效益;提高科研水平,充實(shí)科研隊(duì)伍;找準(zhǔn)研究方向,轉(zhuǎn)化科研成果;科學(xué)規(guī)范管理,提高資源利用率。目的在于提高實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃生產(chǎn)的效率和質(zhì)量,為實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃基地建設(shè)、項(xiàng)目管理、科技創(chuàng)新、成果轉(zhuǎn)化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。

Analysis of production management status in experimental nurseries

Abstract As a forestry scientific research base, the experimental nursery carries important tasks such as talent training, scientific and technological innovation, and achievement transformation. In order to improve the production management level of experimental nurseries, the current situation of production management of experimental nurseries" were analyzed from three aspects: infrastructure and capital investment, scientific research team and research direction, resource utilization and production management. The following suggestions for improvement was putforward: strengthen facility maintenance and optimize project allocation, increased capital investment and improve the efficiency of use; improved the level of scientific research and enrich the scientific research team, identified the research direction and transform the scientific research results, scientifically standardized management and improved resource utilization. The purpose is to improve the efficiency and quality of experimental nursery production, and provide references for the construction of experimental nursery base, project management, scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation and sustainable development.

苗圃依據(jù)使用功能劃分為若干類型。實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃是指用來(lái)保存、繁殖和研究重要林業(yè)科學(xué)成果,進(jìn)行科技示范和推廣的基地[1]。實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃應(yīng)具備以下特征:生態(tài)條件良好,具備排水、灌溉和施肥等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備;有配套的科研、生產(chǎn)設(shè)施,如溫室大棚及溫室內(nèi)配套栽培設(shè)施;經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、技術(shù)熟練且專業(yè)素質(zhì)高的苗圃技術(shù)人員和管理人員。隨著現(xiàn)代林業(yè)科技快速發(fā)展,實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃的重要性日益顯現(xiàn)。因此,分析實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃對(duì)于提升實(shí)驗(yàn)苗圃管理水平,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)林業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。韓玉林[2]對(duì)現(xiàn)代園林苗圃的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施維護(hù)和苗圃管理水平提高提出建議;朱興洲等[3]對(duì)高等林業(yè)院校的校外科研基地進(jìn)行研究,提出科研基地資源利用效率提高的方法;……
